I ordered Asus G16 (2023) through their website, and the process thru website, email and payment is very systematic and flawless (including instructions). Their CS is excellent too, constant reply and update to customers thru their chat in messenger and email.

What I experience here is convenience in ordering and good deals in specs of a laptop, they have great deals on laptop focusing more on important specs of the gadgets (thats what makes it sulit for Pinoy buyer) rather than offering a much higher spec that a very few will use/utilize.

Very accommodating store. They answer all my question. Also, its more easy to find the product you want especially mid to high range laptops here. Nag ikot ako sa guilmore ng ilang oras but failed to find the product I want. Also mas mura sya ng malayo. I just hope na may option sila na debit card payment since nakakatakot mag dala ng malaking cash.

It’s my first time to order a laptop online, and was not disappointed. My laptop came in less than 15 days, considering that it’s back-order, and I live in the province. Also, CS updates me the status of my order everytime. This store is really reliable!

I bought the Asus Zephyrus G15 March 5 2022. This was a 115k machine. Within the first 3 weeks my LCD had a defect. The warranty process took 2 months. I definitely think that customer service was very good. They answered all my questions properly and assured me that the warranty will push through. Which is why this isn't a 1 star review. The people are pleasant, however.

Now, just 3 weeks AGAIN after I got my laptop back, the laptop GPU has encountered an issue wherein my laptop is unable to detect it. I've done all the fixes recommended and still it's not working. The only method I have left now is to open the laptop up, which I can't do by myself because it will again void the warranty. So I have to send my laptop back and have all my work compromised once more.

I bought this laptop 4 months ago, I've only been able to use it properly for 6 weeks out of those 4 months. It's spent more time in defect than it's been working. I don't even know if this laptop will last me 3 years because it's had these major defects already within the first few months.

Again, the service is pleasant, but having a premium laptop breaking down every few weeks is not what I paid for.

EDIT: The authorized service center said I would have to way another month and a week to get the replacement parts. That makes for 3 months and 7 days total in defect out of 5 months.

Bought a laptop and the employees were very accommodating towards my inquiries and requests. The laptop is in good condition and have no problems so far. Will buy again since I really like their selection of 14' laptops as the quality is not lost even when the laptop size is smaller. More power to BenStore PC.

A great store, the CS are accommodating, if you can wait for your order for a long time then this is the store for you, my order for Asus Scar 17 took me 1 and a half month to be delivered. I still recommend this store if you can wait, definitely will buy again here.

Bought Surface Pro 8 and accessories. The items were shipped in good condition and in original manufacturing package. Experience with the sales reps was superb. Only suggestion is they should disclose who their partner courier is.

I bought a laptop with a unique look, however there were small scratches on the surface and the sides which can be felt by hand. I asked but they told me it was part of the design. I later compared it to other pictures found on other reviews but only mine had the scratches. On the other hand, the gaming experience and performance is great.

The transaction process was quite efficient from beginning to end. Orders arrived on time and i was notified promptly. Also, the staff was accommodating to many of my questions and concerns. Furthermore, i appreciated how they insisted on testing the unit thoroughly before taking it home.

Item ordered: Lenovo Legion 5 17" AMD Ryzen 5 RTX 3060 (Order Basis 10-15 days)

Waiting time: Item was received on May 4,2022 after confirmation of payment on June 20,2022. This is well within the expected delivery date even despite holidays and full testing of the unit being performed.

Customer service: They were very responsive throughout the whole waiting period through messenger. The staff were polite and helpful in answering all my questions whether through phone or message.

Payment: There were no problems encountered regarding payment. (bank transfer thru check)

Packaging: The item was sealed in an original box from the manufacturer with no external damage.

Pricing: Benstore also has an excellent pricing range for all of their selections. My unit in particular had the best price in Benstore among all other laptop store options I checked.

Overall: I had my apprehensions about ordering online because it was my first time. Despite this, I had a wonderful experience ordering from Benstore and my unit is in perfect working condition 1 week later. I will definitely be ordering from Benstore again in the future. Thank you!

Bought an ASUS ROG Zephyrus G15 GA503QR, been using the it for almost a month now, so far everything works perfectly fine. Picked-up my order at their store, and we first tested the laptop before they handed it to me. They have good customer service, if you have questions just ask them thru messenger, and they'll answer you ASAP.

I'm a skeptic when it comes to online buying a pricey item but they deliver a fast and easy transaction for me. Product arrived earlier than expected and everything was handled well. Highly recommended!

I had trouble searching for a Microsoft Surface Pro 8 and accessories here in the Philippines, but, BenStore PC got me covered! Although it took more than a month for the MS Pro 8 and around two months for the accessories to arrive, I would say it's reasonable due to limited availability and stock of the MS Pro 8. Aside from that, great CSR and kept me updated as soon as a stock arrived and ready to be shipped.
