Since June 21,2022, I have encountered significant challenges in attempting to communicate with you. Despite numerous attempts through emails and chat messages, I have not received any response from your end. As a single mother who worked diligently to secure the funds for your services, this lack of communication and transparency has caused me considerable distress.

Upon consulting other legal professionals, I discovered that filing my case in Pasay, as initially instructed by you, is not permissible due to residency requirements. This raises concerns about the legitimacy of your advice and the potential implications for your professional standing.

I have transferred a total of PHP 180,000 to your China Bank account for the down payment of your services, as detailed in the provided transaction references. However, given the challenges I have faced and the apparent misguidance regarding the jurisdiction of my case, I am compelled to terminate our attorney-client relationship.

I trusted and believed that if I paid you the required fees you would attend to my case but at present I have no idea as to what the position is with my annulment which I trusted you to manage, please be honorable enough to respond on the status, seeing that I have paid you for your professional services.

Very unprofessional, magaling lang silang sumagot kapag hindi ka pa bayad. 3 years tumakbo ang kaso, end up dismissed due to address. Napaka rami naming nadismiss. After niyan, hindi na sila sumasagot sa lahat ng emails, calls sakanila. You have to beg them to respond to you. Total waste of time and money. Do not believe their fabricated reviews. Try to find and talk to their other clients na iniwan nila sa ere, napakadami. Drafting palang pakatapos mo magbayad aabot na ng 6 months to 1 year. Kailangan mo pa mag follow up paulit ulit. Napakadami nilang clients na iniwan sa ere. Stay away from this firm.

It was a mistake getting him as my lawyer to find out that he has so many clients he left hanging and “ghosted” since 2017. I paid for his service October 2021 and June 2022 he asked for the filing fee, and yet until now I have not heard anything from him nor his associate Atty. Jerome Arce. They weren’t responsive to my email and sometimes I had to resend the email just to get a reply from them. It feels like I wasted my hard earned money to nothing. Please Atty. Flamiano, if you have so much on your plate then just refund us our money so we can get another lawyer who will be willing to help us.
We are not trolls as you claim, we are disappointed clients for you have failed to do the job that we paid you for.

That response (thank God it's done!) was because finally you responded after a while that you have ignored my emails however it wasn’t a response after paying the filing fee, that was prior to the payment. After you asked me to get a baranggay certificate from Paranaque (thinking you’re office is ready to file it there) and handing the filing fee to Maricel and I had a conversation with Atty. Arce where up front he can’t give me the date as to when you’re planning to file it. I sent more emails asking for a status update and yet you have not responded until now. This is the only time I have heard from you again.

The positive reviews and 5 stars here are legitimate, and some can be verified on Facebook (photos of their 2nd wedding, etc). Those negative reviews clearly intends to destroy the name of the business. Sure there might be delays, heck I've experienced it myself but in the end it's all about the results and without their expertise, knowledge, and skills and genuine interest in helping me I would have been lost.
