Waited 40 minutes for an order i paid for but the kitchen did not cook.no apologies from them, they just refunded the order.

I haven't been to a legit ice cream shop in years, and being at Big Scoop felt nostalgic. Try their cheesecake ice cream, and always go for double scoop!

Bought a gallon of Pistachio flavor ice cream and it has a weird mild taste of soap. It was really weird, the ice cream taste kinda nice but that other distinct taste really ruined the ice cream. I don't know if it is supposed to be like that

The place looked gloomy. Not enticing. I went to buy ice cream and decided to eat for the first time there. Disappointed no because no pinipig crunch flavor

I have tried their fried chicken and pork chop and I loved it. The portion is huge and it reminds me of home cooked fried chicken. Their ice-cream remains the same, still the best ice cream I had. What I want about their ice cream is that it's not crystallised. To add, there's a free 1 scoop of ice cream of your choice when you order a meal.

First i would like to acknowledge their Avocado and Mango? Ice cream. Highly recommended that's for sure. Location is convenient though small parking space.

I called their store first at Pinaglabanan before my brother went there to buy 2 half gallon ice cream. The 2 staff and their branch manager that I spoke with were very friendly and explained thoroughly their latest ice cream flavors and its differences. My parents got even more excited to have Big Scoop with their senior citizen priviledge. Yummy! For both Avocado and chunky Golden Langka.

My second ice cream flavors: Strawberry Fields and Pistachio.
The taste were awesome. Strawberry Fields ice cream flavor has chunks of strawberries.

Having ice cream here is a throwback to "the simple but enjoyable times of old" which is a rare experience nowadays.

They don't over promise anything and so, easily commit to your expected standard of performance. It's a small shop on the first floor which offers only ice cream, there's a homey and intimate feel when you eat here. You have some ice cream and stay for a while to rest or enjoy the company of who you're with.

The staff are warm and very familiar with each other, testament to the years they worked here.

A piece of my childhood. Nostalgia backed up by the aroma and flavor of sweet sweet Icecream. You scream, I scream. We all scream for Icecream.

I once ate an entire Mt. Everest. No regrets, would do it again if I weren't borderline diabetic. 2nd best Icecream next to cony island. I doubt anyone remembers that Icecream brand.

Parking is limited, it is good for 2 to 3 cars only.

Make sure you will be coming from N. Domingo so that the restaurant is on the right-side and no tradfic will be affected.

We were there almost closing time on a Sunday and the manager is still accommodating. Although fewer flavors are avalibale, there were more than 15 choices! Always loved their avocado flavor and their ice cream in general, because it is thick and flavorful!

Will always suggest Big Scoop to my family and friends and will definitely come back!

The wife and I decided to get some icecream after we ate pancit & wanton mami.
We have seen Big Scoop before but did not realize this is an ice cream parlor.
We ordered the Peach Melba Delight and it was YUM!
The ambiance was nice. The benches were unfortunately cramped for my size.
The parking was not enough for cars but would fit a few motorcycles easy.
The location - in the middle of the intersection, which makes the ingress & egress a bit cumbersome.
Again, as for the ice cream, they definitely rival the more famous brands like Magnolia, Selecta, Nestlé etc.
And they also offer sugarless (no sugar added) flavors for those who avoid ice cream due to health issues.

If you didn't know Viking's buffet serve Big Scoop Ice Cream, since being regulars at this buffet we are pretty familiar with this ice cream brand.

Funny story, a customer was telling the cashier, "Dumayo pa ako galing Marikina. " As she was behind him, my wife said to this customer, "Taga Marikina po kayo? Kame din. " Then another customer said; "Kame po Marikina din, sa Barangka. "

A testament to the product and the place, people go out of their way to buy this ice cream from this place. Even when we can buy from other retailers closer to home.

We brought home Avocado ice cream for my lola and she was very happy and delighted eating it.

Of all the ice cream shops and cafe out there they sell the best avocado flavored ice cream. A must have and something you should reserve while it lasts because it's always sold out.

They have dine in and other meals also but only the avocado ice cream is what everyone goes for. Very limited parking space and mind the intersection since it's exactly in the middle corner. Best to call order and pick up so it won't give you a hassle.

The only place where i buy my big scoop ice cream.

This is also where the factory is located. That why all the ice cream they sell here is fresh.

I will not pass up getting green tea ice cream whenever I am in the area. I just wish they have more parking slots though.

Really good ice cream. Its not too sweet and not to blunt either. Serves good food back in the day. Good place to hang out. Its a small place but good value for money. Its affordable too.

Pricey ang carousel ice cream nila quality is good but its too sweet for me. Big scoop siganture ice cream though are priced economically and mmmmm taste good naman. Controlled number of person inside, mahigpit s basic health protocols which is very good, hassle BUT its really good for the general public

Great taste even with less butterfat content. I go for the Cookies and Cream. The pint size resealable plastic tumbler is leak proof.

Inside, it looks like a diner. Must try d Peach Melba. Try also d Chicken Burger.
