One of BGC's hidden Ampitheater. Place is beside the previous JP Morgan Chase Contact center.

Assigned JLL Management to this Property does not know how Buildings Operate. Utilities are Turned-Off even Utilities are paid off by Unit Owner!
Owner will not be allowed to clean their Unit and Property Management will not turn on the Utilities for regular cleaning and maintenance. Grounds for filing a lawsuit soon against Management.
Management depriving Unit Owner to do preventive maintenance and will sue for interior damages.
Great place to live in. Clean, good amenities, great view, and not crowded part of BGC
