What an awful visitor policy you have! As someone na first timer na pumunta sa BIR office, di nila kami in-allow na pumasok dahil naka "short pants" lang daw kami. Anong malay namin sa policy ng building ninyo eh BIR naman ang sadya namin. You should recalibrate your policies at dapat nag-iimply lang dapat ang dress code policy niyo sa mga employees ng mga tenant niyo. Sayang lang ang oras namin at inilaan naman para mag-asikaso ng BIR namin. Yung iba nga, nag-file pa ng leave sa work para lang dun!

The have lines and queues for inquiry but i hope theres a more effective and efficient way for them to help us, esp BiR

Nag park lang ako dito sa harap ng building. Ang mahal sobra 35 first 3 hours then +10 every hour.

Rdo44 is in the parking lot, you might get lost, but just look for the signs and the guards are also there to help. Office here isn't too big though

The guards are friendly and this building follows the IATF regulation. Building sanitation is done every Mondays with blue rays and stuff. It's very clean. I didn't know that I should include photos during reviews.

There should be signages, directions of where to enter and security guards kept redirecting tax payers to go to basement then the other one said to take the main entrance but then again the guard said the entrance is at the corner by the parking.

Shouldn't it be better for the tax payers to be instructed clearly?

Unilateral walkways should be implemented so it won't do much redirections.

Building administration itself should provide building provisions to the offices for safety of the visitors and offices structures.

A great place for a weekend bike, jog, and mural hunting. BGC almost has everything you may need on a weekend trip. Dining, cafe, booze, and drinks are everywhere.

I guess, not so familiar with this place. But I have been here and the location is just a bit unsafe for me. But I can say that the building itself is safe as I can see they have a lot of sec guard there.

Can't say much about the building, but the location is pretty convenient. Located right across an open parking and easily accessible from Edsa.

The place is good. Its where the BIR is located. The Canteen has very few snacks available. But overall, it's great. Just a few meters away from the BGC Buses so it's easy to get back to Market Market

But when you decided to walk from there until Market Market, it will only take 30mins. Or ride the bus for only 13 pesos.

This is where BIR RDO 44 is located. There is an open parking space near this building but is usually full because this is where the BGC bus park their buses. Security will require you to register at the entrance. Other office can be found here too like the Ayala MDC.

Very clean and well maintained. Only issue here is parking availability since there is no public/paid parking in the building itself.

Although parking is available near the property, still better if we wouldnt need to walk under the heat of the sun to go there.

Previously, the MDC head office was located here but this 2019 they transfered to Arca South, Western Bicutan, Taguig.

No parking most of the time. Expect to take 15 to 30 minutes to find decent parking that is walking distance

The phone number provided in this website is useless. I called almost 10x and nobody is answering the phone. Get your act straight bgc office!

Could have been better if they had their own parking space. Also their Comfort rooms tends to be unmaintained and does not have a bidet.

This is where bir is and there is aventus clinic. They also have watson pharmacy recently opened
