Maybe breakfast is good, but very subpar for dinner. I tried a lot of different dishes, and not one made me want seconds other than the ice cream. A lot of the dishes were cold or bland or overcooked to dryness.
For 4000 php, I could get a lot better options. In America or the EU, the food is only worthy of a 1500 php buffet. The chef's and servers are amazing, though. I definitely received 5 star service being served 2 or 3 star food.
The restaurant is very elegant, but our table still had leftover rice on it when we sat down.
Lastly, it took almost 20 minutes to pay our bill. I'm not sure what could take that long, but it did. I was starting to get worried when they finally returned.
It's sad. I loved our stay at the Manila Hotel, but I can't recommend the buffet.

Food is great overall. Quality is splendid. We truly enjoy the steak and seafood (salmon, lobster) lobster bisque is one for the books and a must try.

Japanese selection is good as well. Dessert is quite good except for the crepes

Actually it's 5 stars within their buffet area. However, the restroom near the buffet area requires renovation (it doesn't really looks nice for a 5 star hotel it's kinda old and not spacious. Please modernized).

One of the best dinner buffet in town! It was my first time and i was so surprised as to how diverse their buffet is. Italian, American, Japanese, Korean, Chinese, Filipino with lechon! I wasn't able to eat every single dish! They were just so overwhelming. Their dessert bar is massive Worth the long drive. Must try guys!

Cafe ilang ilang is the best. We had dinner and breakfast and it never fails. We enjoyed everything including the steak, seabass and shrimp!

Selection is not as massive as Spiral but the taste of their food is definitely one for the books. We will definitely be back for their roast beef and seafood.

For a five star hotel their buffet is very disappointing. The price vs the experience doesn’t compare.

Breakfast and dinner dishes are both good but you can surely find other places that serves better food selections.

Lunch Buffet is highly varied, caters to almost everybody, they have halal menu, kids meal, vegetarian, traditional Filipino and many more cuisines, They start serving at 11am so all you carnivorous humans who want to get a bite of their scrumptious prime rib, you better get in line early!

Full House when we were there for dinner. The staff will be the one to gather the dishes for you from each cuisine station. A lot of the racks were empty in the dessert section though.

Great variety of dishes, cuisines from asian, Italian and western dishes. Fave was the buttered prawns, Grilled Steak and Ribs! And the Curry dishes
very accommodating servers and chefs. Overall a superb experience!

There was a discount promotion during our lunch here so the place was fully booked. It was a bit cramped and moving around was difficult.
The food selection was quite good but there was a very long line especially in the popular sections which included the japanese, steak, and seafood stations.
Why the five star rating?
They do not scrimp on servings. If you want two plates of shrimp tempura stacked high, they will give it to you. If you want 20 pieces of salmon sashimi and another 20 of tuna, you're going to get it.
Everything tasted great.
We all had an amazing experience here and expect to be back another time.

One of the best hotel buffets, if you ask me. The choices were not overwhelming and this allows them to serve quality food. My ultimate favorites were the peking duck, abalone and mushroom, roast beef, lamb chop, and of course their super fresh salmon sashimi.

Do not eat here. It’s like the buffet at Sizzler but costs $100 for 2. I have no idea for the life of me how it has such high reviews. Everything was mediocre, cold, and whatever. Service was not great. Overall, truly not on par with a truly lovely hotel.

Great food. Each station is easy to navigate. Not much lines. There’s a wide array of food choices and each one we tried is superb. Only downside is that they are still doing services buffet so the food staff gets the food for you and hands it to you on a plate. The problem is if your table is far from the food station, you’ll end up going back and forth with the small plates.

Great food. Each station is easy to navigate. Not much lines. There’s a wide array of food choices and each one we tried is superb. Only downside is that they are still doing serviced buffet so the food staff gets the food for you and hands it to you on a plate with nice presentation and all. The problem is if your table is far from the food station, you’ll end up going back and forth with the small plates.

Due to Covid, resto staff serve you behind acrylic partitions. I dislike this as I take spoon portions of most dishes to sample and return for the ones i like. However, in this case, the chefs will give a larger portion than i normally would take. I avoid wasting food so end up getting full and not able to try other food. Side note, the food waste at this outlet is considerable.
As for the food, there are hits and misses, roast beef, lechon, most japanese items, dried scallop soup, desserts, salad station, lamb tandoori are good. The korean station is forgettable. Italian is ok. The seafood grilling station is where most hotel buffets promises the most but fails most of the time. Seafood are preboiled then recooked accdg to orders. This results to tasteless seafood with either overcooked or mushy texture. I appreciate that chilled juices were available. Overall, it was an average meal that could have been great. All the ingredients are there but execution has missed. A dish that they had which best represents this problem is the Sea Cucumber with conch meat. The conch meat was super tender and delicious but the sea cucumber was tough and not cooked long enough. Pity.
