The talangka and red tape mentality shines here. The culture is there to make simple clear transactions burdened with head-scratchers and illogicalities.

My scenario is to just simply change the size of my SIM to nano. The SMART website shows that it’s a simple process of bringing your SIM to the store and that’s it! But no! The culture is there to laugh at your positivity and kill your hopes for humanity. Even if you show the staff the website, they will not honor it and ask questions and documents. Good thing I know of this red tape and talangka mentality that I brought the docs the staff asked for.

Two stars because a satellite branch helps ease the burden of going to the much more chaotic main office in Makati Central.

I was accommodated properly by the representative named Ms. Leonor Balneg. She even provided her email if in case my smart plan will not take effect after the downtime of 4 hrs.

Customer service is subpar. With only one client ahead of me,  it took the customer service 1 hour to attend to me.

It is good just like other supermarket store that offers other enjoyable treats to those who are there to wait.

Love this place. Supermarket with the lowest price on products (compared to SM Supermakets). Lots of restaurant to visit on the first floor. Appliances, electronics, specialty shops and bargain shop sections on the second and third floor (plus mezzanine which can be confusing on how to get there if it's your first time to visit).

Mezzanine can be accessed via escalator near Mercury Drug. If you're a health buff/gym goer, this is where you can buy protein shakes, et.al.at an affordable price. On the other side of the health spectrum, this is also a chocolate haven (this is where I buy my chocolates).

Got a lot of choices. Must visit the imported goods like colognes and chocolates in the mid level area

Too crowded.the ques are long. Parking tight too. And boy! Its traffic out there. Nonetheless, the merchandise is varied and has an array of imported products to choose from if you're doing intl cuisine. There are also shops around.

Nice place for doing groceries. Cheaper branded perfumes, vitamins, supplements, lotions, chocolates and other imported goods at the 2nd floor.

One stop shop along osmeña highway. Parking space is good. Best place for your groceries especially if your from malugay, yakal, bagtikan.

Duty free items. That made C&C very popular many decades ago. Until now they still abound. It has leveled up lto a 3 star mall. Huge parking space.

Local mall in North Makati, you can find just about anythkig you need here, and it's got more of a local flair. Restaurants here as well with local chains represented well

The mall has most of what you would need right smack center of a busy neighborhood. It has a food court, supermarket, department store, and other branded shops and even small retailers inside. Just be wary of the escalator, one of the escalators skips the mezzanine floor.

In the morning (before 7am), there are zumba practitioners and other people exercising in the parking lot.

Parking opens at 7am and gets full very early, probably because some use the parking space to park their vehicles before going to their work place.

One of the best places to score imported goods from the US. This is a good place to start if you're looking for home appliances. Movies, food, and grocery are icing to the cake.

Cash and Carry is haven for shopaholics. Supermarket, Bench, Penshoppe, Mercury drug, Shoe shops, and restaurants are located in the first floor. You can find cheap perfumes, chocolates, vitamins, whey protein, and many more in the Mezzanine floor. 3rd floor has phone shops, some clothes shops, American Bizzare, and a foodcourt to satisfy your appetite. Lastly the 4th floor offers furniture for sale, animal shop, phone accessories shop, and blind massage.

This mall is too suffocating for my taste. It’s cramped with vendors and the layout is chaotic. It’s functional though. It’s a place you go to replenish your pantry or find cheap beddings. It’s not a place you’d want to hang out. You basically do your business and head out. I guess that’s good for the business though. They can focus on developing income-generating infrastructures (more shops, ugh) and reduce investment on those that doesn’t (common areas, entertainment lounges).

Haaaaa! Don't ever forget any of your belongings at the food court, lessons learned. I just lost my stuff at the food court but the guards are so eager to help. I'm so glad we found it 5 stars to the mall 10 stars to the security guards.
