21I tried to book a flight online, got denied on several of my cards because of verification. So I went directly to the ticketing office to find out that they only take cash. Cebu Pacific online processing sucks and their ticketing sucks. Forget about getting any promo fares. And their phone app has bad reviews more 1-star.
Oversold air tickets are serious and can easily affect your itinerary, so please choose carefully.
Why post your Land line number if you don't have any intention of answering the phone!
I’m still waiting to hear back from my refund for the lost luggage since January of 2023. It’s been 3 months since anyone has replied to my email thread of 75 emails of me asking for a status on my refund.
Last I heard, it was being “processed”
Assign someone proficient in customer service. Rose displayed impatience and a lack of willingness to assist.

One of the worst airlines I have ever dealt with, off loaded me from Sunday 2 Oct until 3 Oct< I tried to contact them by phone, no one picked up. When i went to there office, they basically said that is how it is and if I don't like it, they would give me a credit.
I am very much out of pocket, because I now have to stay an extra day in Manila (have to move to another hotel, but also lose my accommodation in Coron, which was prepaid.

Website isn't working, payment option not working, telephone number not working. It's like working with a bunch of infants. Went with AirAsia instead, no issues at all.
Well they have the best deals and we’re forced to fire them because it’s basically a monopoly, they have some very deceptive practices especially around their booking and re-booking. You can never speak to anyone directly you can never get a resolution, unless you make extra payments. So this part is your corporate scam, which is really sad because you would hope that they would have more integrity.
This Cebu Pacific ticketing office at the 5th Fl Mega Bldg B is downright rude. They close at 6pm but 520pm cut off na daw, without even a sign at the door. The 1 and only staff (Edison daw) there refused to take me and answer my generic query about a Travel Fund. Complained he is too tired to entertain me. He doesnt even have a clue what my question was! He even refused to give me his name, even his manager’s name. If this is an issue about a staff being tired, works alone and overworked, they should address that to their boss and not throw it out to the customer. The customer suffers.

They double charged me. They included meals in my itinerary when I said no meals. They can't be contacted, they don't answer phone calls.
Cebu pacific is corrupt, their website auto selects options that NO ONE NEEDS!
INCLUDING SEAT SELECTION, IMAGINE SEAT SELECTION ON FLIGHTS NOT EVEN HALF FULL.
FLY ANYONE EXCEPT CEBU PACIFIC.

There were no ticketing office in Palawan. Yung mga binili po namin na ticket gusto namin erefund incash na since until now di pa kami pwede magbyahe.walang contact person sa Palawan.
Very bad service, hotline just keeps ringing! Refund said for 10 working days but it's almost 3 weeks wla paring binabalik! Pero pag mag cancel NG flight gnun gnun nlng! I will never book a flight here anymore!
They did a mistake with my ticketing that's required that i will spend additional money on taxis going to robinson galleria to fix the problem.
