Don't be fooled - this is NOT a Cebu Pacific office. This is a travel agency. Went in to deal with special baggage for my flight, they said they're only an agency that handles ticket purchases. Apparently only one true Cebu Pac office exists, and it's in NAIA T3.

Rubbish Airline and the staff is not helpful at all.if you have other options, NEVER travel with this airline!

Delay for 6 hours, no compensation and no meal is offered.asked thr staff to help make a call to cancel my trip and not able yo help to even just making 1 call. Seriously useless!

Horrible airline. Their website is poorly designed that it entraps you into making costly mistakes. When you try to find their customer service, there are no hotlines to call at all if you're in the philippines, so you're forced to message them in Facebook. Even if you message them immediately after the mistake, they don't help you at all.their tone is very enforcer-like, telling you they can't help you because we have to follow the fare rules etc. They treat you like you're not even a paying customer at all. This isn't even an isolated incident at all. All of my interactions with them are like this for help in various reasons throughout the years. Now that I can afford it, I'm switching to PAL. I hope a better affordable comes along so we can all drop cebu pacific because everyone knows how bad they are.

Run away! They cancel flights. Don’t offer any compensation or solutions… rebooked flights is also canceled and then delayed… go for other companies or it will ruin your trip

This is, without a doubt, the worst airlines I've experienced in my life. Awful lines, curiously deficient ability to pay for baggage, website not functional for doing much of anything except booking, atrocious customer service, cannot pay for anything at a Cebu office (told to pay at airport at least 4 hours ahead of flight, small and uncomfortable seats, no snacks or liquids given, shall I go on? Don't be conned by the low price - just pay more at another airlines, or you will regret the day you were born.

Based on my experience, I flew from Manila to Thailand, Cebu Pacific Airline is too cheap airline. They didn't give their passengers a bottle of water unless you pay for it, as well as the food and ticket was too expensive

Can confirm cebu pacific is terrible beyond comprehension. Forces customers to create an account in an online portal to manage bookings, multiple flight rescheduling, online check in doesn't work, budget experience boarding the plane. Spend the extra pesos on the slightly less terrible but still mediocre experience at PAL. Poor airline choices makes me rethink going to the Philippines at all.

They just cancelled flights for november and december for no reason! So do not book cebu pacific, choose other airlines instead.

Website isn't working, payment option not working, telephone number not working. It's like working with a bunch of infants. Went with AirAsia instead, no issues at all.

Tried to blackmail me into accepting store credit instead of a refund for a cancelled flight by saying it would take longer than 2 months. Cheap shot scammers!

On my flight from manila to Guam, I was told that my hand carry might not be allowed because of the size. I told them that I'd pay extra to have it checked in and asked if they accepted Visa to do so because I didn't have much money on me and was having issues withdrawing from my card because I forgot my pin so I could only swipe it. The lady told me that yes, they do accept Visa so I checked it in and I had to pay for my check in bag at another counter in order and I will get my boarding pass from the same place I pay. So I go there to pay and the lady tells me that they don't accept Visa and I ended up panicking because I didn't have enough pesos on me. Luckily, I had some us dollars on me and exchanged it into pesos. All my us dollars and pesos was the EXACT amount that they needed. I felt relieved, but still irritated that I was given wrong information. I didn't like the plane ride with cebu because theres no option to purchase wifi like there is in united. The workers inside of the plane were nice and courteous.

If ur in a hurry to book this location is convenient no long lines. But a bit more pricy compared to online.
