Sobrang babait lahat ng staff dito. Maghintay ka lang ng onti, nag e explain na sila at humihingi ng pasensya kahit within the timeframe naman ng citizen charter. Pati Guard, igreet ka ng maayos. Kung pwede lang magbigay ng higit sa 5 stars.

I had a good and overwhelming experience. The staffs are very accommodating. Shout out to kuya guard for assisting me.

Starting from guard up to the one that processes my wife's COE, it's 5 star. They would guide you throughout each of the steps in obtaining the certification.
They do accommodate certain number of walk-ins but appointments are in the priority.

The employees are nice naman. Kaso I just don't get why it has to be located in Manila when it's supposed to be somewhere in Region 4A. The accessibility isn't clicking. Imagine people travelling all the way from a municipality miles away from this office then forgetting something to bring. Sayang pamasahe and booking.

Walk in applicants for Certificate of Eligibility is limited only to 15 per day. You need online appointment before going in which they don't disseminate the information well. I traveled from Imus to Quezon City for nothing.

Mali ako ng punta ng CSC office, pero very accommodating si Kuya (guard on duty) dahil in-assist pa din nya ko at maayos paliwanag nya.

Very accommodating mga staff at mabilis lang ang process. Less than 10 minutes nakuha ko na agad yung certificate ko. Good job.

Napakababait at napaka ganda mag-approach ng mga staff sa CSC regional office 4 pati po si Sir Guard mabait din. Tinuturo nya ng maayos ang mga dapat gawin before umakyat sa 2ndflr.para maprocess ang mga documents Lahat sila mabait at pala-greet sa mga clients nila Di po kayo mahihirapan makapag process dito kasi po mula kay Sir Guard hanggang sa mga staff ay makakatanggap po kayo ng maayos na pakikitungo.
