Coda Lines Corporation reviews
46 No first come first serve basis on the seats. You don’t even have an option to select them beforehand so I was stuck near the toilets despite paying a month in advance.
Air conditioners are also a big issue. It’s either very cold or hot plus it emits a strong odor.
My driver on the way back to Manila seems like he’s late for work. He definitely plays GTA during his rest days.
Just an uncomfortable service overall.
I must say it was a good experience. The terminal's commitment to providing a smooth ride and comfortable amenities truly stood out.
Thumbs up for the driver's skillful handling and punctual timings.
Website said the buses would have charging ports but there are no charging ports. The pictures on the website look nothing like the actual interior of the bus. The seats are uncomfortable and the bus is too cold.
With pay CR and has limited waiting area at terminal. Booked and arrived at the terminal at around 6pm but we're only able to board at 8: 30pm. It took almost 14 hours to travel from Cubao to Bontoc.
A set of stewed pork bones and rice from the stall next to the bus terminal (I don't know what kind of dish it is) is the most delicious!
The benches in the terminal waiting area are first come, first served, but there are plenty of good places to kill time nearby.
SO COLD. Never in my life have I been on a bus this cold. It must have been less than 10 degrees. We were wearing coats and we still got sick. It defies all logic that it should be THAT COLD.
Apparently they used to give blankets but not anymore, but they kept the temperature the same.
Also, the bus schedule is so dumb. When you come back from Sagada/ buscalan you can only arrive at around 3-5 in the morning.
But, there’s no other choices really…
Poor customer service. Your shipment policy states that 15kgs and below costs 350 pesos according sa staff na tinawagan. Pero nung nag claim si receiver ang siningil 400 Pesos. Stick to your policies!
Aside from the bus, sobrang convenient kasi direchong sagada na. Tulog ka lang, pag gising mo nasa sagada ka na.
They shift schedules to a more inconvenient time. From 8pm booked departure into a 12am departure. They strictly don't give a refund or even offer a compensation for the delays they have caused. Our supposed arrival time is 8am, it was delayed to 11: 45am. They call their bus Super Deluxe but can't comply to the 8am ETA that we have already paid and agreed to get no refund.
There are not enough seats for the passengers who are waiting for their bus. The restrooms are not so clean. But I would like to commend their online booking, very smooth transaction and hassle free!
People there are very accommodating. Both in manila and in Sagada. They answer queries patiently. Thank you so much guys.
Brilliant bus service, we found a great price online from Manila to Banaue, went very smoothly, even though seats are upright it was still comfy, cold enough, very fast and we did get some sleep on our night bus, it was quiet and plenty of stops for food and a wee break even with a toilet onboard we were very pleased with our trip, we heard this is one of the best companies to go with and we agree!
Booking online is great. They are fast to answer calls and very efficient. The only thing is that they charge a bit expensive on baggages. I was charged 350.00 for the durabox and a small box.
Bus comes at night around 8pm so either you wait or go somewhere else. Better reserve your tickets prior to your trip.
Text/call their number on their fb page or message them on their fb page or their website.
So many terminal's easy to get confused
Get there 10 mins prior at least to make sure you're at the right one
Sagada - Cubao
Departure Times:
2pm and 3pm only. Be sure to buy you tickets ahead specially if you going on a weekend. Don’t forget to bring your neck pillow as travel time is approx 12 hrs!
Transfer na sila ng area, atleast malawak pero sana may area for foods makamerienda o makainan man lng ba, approchable naman ang staff nila,
Had an amazing experience going to sagada. Super comfortable, clean and a very accommodating staff
Love their busses, clean, comfy and just enough passengers, not crowded, nice comfort room for the long journey
Bus was confortable, but AC was extremely cold, you may consider wearing your winter jacket (not kidding). From banaue to sagada, the roads were experience curvy and tons of turns, you may get motion sickness
