One of the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. JC and JQ don’t treat customers with respect. They delivered the wrong item and will not allow an exchange.

Incredibly poor customer support.

Store sent the wrong product and instead of apologizing and offering any assistance. They requested I send the item AT MY COST to be replaced. Because if they handled delivery it would take a week to do a simple replacement of an item that is IN STOCK and ready for delivery on their store within 2-4 days.

We agreed on a schedule to send the item at 9: 30 am, but they were unresponsive until 1: 30pm. When they finally responded, they were unapologetic and told me I only had until 5pm to send the item. Which was not possible anyways as I was unavailable in the afternoon, which is why I SCHEDULED DELIVERY AT 9: 30AM.

Saan ka makakakita ng store na nagkamali na, tapos tuloy pang dumadagdag ng inconvenience sa customer instead of PRIORITIZING their concern.

I ordered and the items were not processed. Sad thing is niloadan ko lazada wallet ko at hindi ko n mawithdraw ung perang pambili.

Update: they pm'ed me and provided me with the same order and discount.

I went there today to dispute their warranty process and did not expect what I saw. It is a store/warehouse and I can attest that they are legit and their products  are authentic.

They are very accommodating and I was so happy because my issue was resolved. The only downside was I was hoping it would be resolved without me going to their store and risking myself to  be exposed in Covid.

But pretty much I can highly recommend Digi-serv Solution because they're legit and very fair when it comes to processing a warranty.

I've been patronizing their products for a long period of time, if I can recall, micro sdcard was the first item I bought from them:). They're also easy to talk with whenever I request invoice, they will send it to my email. And as of this writing, I bought monitor and motherboard from them this year:) Thank you Digi-Serv for easy transactions!

Satisfied po ako sa quality ng item. Mabilis po dumating (Zambales Area), 4 days pagkatapos ko po magplaced ng order. Naka bubble wrap po yung item kaya safe na safe. Swak na swak po sa GoPro Hero 5 Black ko. Maraming salamat po sa good and fast transaction. Recommended ko po na dito na kayo bumili. Haha

I highly recommend this store. Sulit and secured ka sa item na mabibili mo, malaki na yung warranty period and napakabilis pa ng response staff nila sa questions ng customer.

I bought many items from this store. Mostly SSDs and flash drives and other computer parts. Aside from being reputable, I find their products the cheapest. Thanks Digi-Serv!

They only sell ORIGINAL flash drives and memory cards.
