I went to apply for a Japan visa for my wife. Agency fees are cheap and available. There was no wait time in the morning. Furthermore, the Japanese staff was very helpful in explaining things in detail that were difficult to understand. This is my second time and both times were stress free.

Used my lunch break to go here but they don't accomodate even if it was just 11: 30am since it was "lunch break". Their time is within office hours so it's very inconvenient for honest employees. If the target market are people who make money to go on tours then maybe rethink the operating hours to cater to those people. No parking space in a central business district where parking is already scarce. And generally unwelcoming staff.

Submitted it on a Monday. Visa was approved on Tuesday the next day. It was ready for pick up on Wednesday. It is insane how quick Discovery is with their service. Special thank you to Reg for handling my papers and for being very patient and accommodating during the submission process. Warning to people lining up though is that when they take their break at noon, they open again at 1PM and it is best to line up outside the VISA door otherwise you might have to argue who was first in line once they official unlock the door. Again special shout out th Reg who knew how to keep the line moving when there were some who tried to pull rank (“I made an appointment with so and so, maybe she can tell you I don’t need this requirement”). Reg was kind enough to tell those who needed to sort their documents to wait on the side while she tended to the next number. My own forms were the wrong size and she gave me a pair of scissors to which I had to use to cut with. They also respond very quickly on the phone. I was able to secure a 10 year multiple entry visa which began on the day it was approved (aforementioned Tuesday). I would totally recommend these guys for all future Japanese visa applicants!

Once you've arrived at the building, people will automatically ask you "Discovery Tour? " and will direct you to the main office. Their place is small and only a handful of applicants can sit at the waiting area. My brother waited outside as the office was full during a Saturday. But the process went smoothly and fast. It is the cheapest Japanese accredited agency here in Manila (800pesos for Single entry)

They have the cheapest japan visa processing fee and I guess the fastest. But it took 5 days before I get my passpost where in fact it was already ready after 2 days. The person I talked with is not reliable person. He keep saying it wasn't released yet and not checking properly.

️ Place - they are located inside the building, would be great if they have their own parking space. It's a bit small but enough to entertain a number of visitors. It's good that they are open during Saturdays especially for those who have work on weekdays.

️ Staff - I would really love to give them 5 it's just that the person I spoke with is a bit unfriendly. I mean would've provide me with more information and answers for my inquiries. Felt like she was unwilling to help. But still got my Visa so still thankful.

The cheapest agency to process japan visa (same rate for single and multiple). I chose them this time because they are closer to my office. We lodged the application tuesday and got our passports on friday. They even gave us free kikkoman amd japan discount coupons.

My only con is they said they will txt us if the passports are ready but did not receive any calls /emails or txt so i just called them to confirm and they said its ready for pick up. Its okay though since im not paying much like the other good agency that i tried before which updated me regularly.

Overall a good and trusted agency if you're in need of a japan visa.

As of 2019 Feb 9, Japan Single Entry Visa Application costs Php800. Passport release only took 3 business days

Some charges from 1000 to 1200 up to 1500.while Discovery Tours only charge you 800 pesos. I applied for a tourist visa last March 6 (monday) and i got my visa after 3 days only!

One of the accredited agency to apply for Japan Visa. I think they also have low rates. If you plan to go to Japan, it is better to buy the promo during travel expo and then redeem it later. I think the payment is normally good for 1 year. I only got mine for 500 pesos.

How about you put in your website to apply Japan visa only when 2 months before the trip? Wasted my time.

Easy visa application process. Got my passport with visa in less than 3 days.

(-) Since their phone number is busy most of the time, they should setup a system to at least text the applicants that the passports are ready. This would somewhat free up their phone lines as well.

Helpful and accommodating. They provide the cheapest Japanese visa processing fee. P800 as of Oct 2018. I just hope the releasing of result/passport will be faster.

One of the oldest agencies that handles Japanese visa application to Japan. Affrodable handling fees, too. Only issue I see is the usual Makati traffic and the lack of pasking spaces during weekdays. Go on Saturdays where there is less traffic in Makati and there are always available parking spaces. They are open on Saturdays, 9-11 am only.
