I visited this clinic in 2021. I had my wisdom tooth removal which was deeply embedded in my jaw. I was delaying the removal of this tooth for the longest time due to my fear of the dentist. The idea of excavating my tooth within my jaw was horrendous enough for me to bear, more so if I'm awake!

But 2021 came, I really had to do it. I decided to it anyway with this clinic.

Initially.
My X-rays were taken, the complexity of the case was properly explained to me via a screen where the film was projected. The X-ray was digital, it merely took 15 seconds to take mine. The explanation was around 15-20 minutes. Benefits versus the risk of removing the impacted tooth was thoroughly demonstrated. At the end of the discussion, I was asked if I'd do the surgery knowing all the information.
I said yes, since the benefits of removing the tooth would outweigh the risks.

Afterwards, a sort of lotion was applied onto my gums (numbing solution), which made the injection comfortable. The technique the doctor did to me numbed half of my jaw. I remember when I had my last dental anesthesia elsewhere, only a portion of my jaw was numb. Well, the whole affair made the surgery comfortable aside from the crackling sounds I hear while they were slicing up my teeth.

After watching all videos on youtube, I thought the slicing part was painful. The doctor asked me to think of it as if I'm eating chicharon. Okay!

The entire surgery lasted 30 minutes. My time allotment was two hours.
I was given instructions what to expect such as face swelling on up to a week.
I waited for the swelling to kick in but, I did not had any kind of face bloating.

Overall, I'd say this clinic has a judicious and responsible treatment workflow as to my own experience.

By far one of the most comprehensive explanations about my dental treatment was done in this clinic. Options were given. Photos and videos were obtained to properly explain my case. Every penny for my dental treatment spent here is worth it. Thanks doc!

I can attest about the standards this clinic has set about my dental care. I was given a treatment plan of which was explained very carefully.
I was almost given a quiz by the dentist to gauge whether I really understood the things about to be done on me. He was very particular about getting your informed consent before doing the procedure. Equipments for diagnosis are complete.
Mind you, each step of the way is also documented.

️The Doctor and Staffs - they are very friendly, polite and accomodating.
️Hygiene - this is very important in this present time and I am glad to see the doctor and staffs wear proper PPEs inside the clinic and most especially during the procedure. I feel safe
️Service - GREAT! The overall cleaning is very satisfying. It was my first time to have a “painless” cleaning with the aid of a machine that the doctor used during the procedure. Also, he is very detailed and informative on what to do to maintain proper oral hygiene and prevent future oral complications in my case.

Salamat dok, mas madali intindihin lahat ng nangyayari sa ngipin ko dahil may kasamang lecture with PowerPoint pa! Kala ko nasa school ako, pero this is nice kasi alam mong hindi basta basta ang trabaho.

Nalaman ko din na dating propesor ang doktor dito, kaya kudos sa service siguradong tama ang ginagawa.
