What a nice place very accomodating i enjoy the food very much and comfortable room. And i love the view outside may room.happy to back again

Dirty carpet and sofa. I was expecting a lot since its Dusit but sadly i was a bit disappointed. Plus points for service people tho.

A hotel located in the heart of Makati just a few steps from the malls and Restaurants, the reception is good. I booked the Premier Executive Suites The room is spacious and has a separate sitting room with a separate with WC, a Master room with 2 Flat Screens T. V, which has a spacious bathroom with a Stands shower and Bathtub, unfortunately, But even though I booked on l Executive floor I don't get access to the lounge and Welcome drink, my In opinion it’s was strange, My room was No 1240, the breakfast was excellent there I found my favorite Indian dishes. The staff is very friendly, especially the employee Ms. Marinel Teves, who moves quickly in meeting customer requests with a beautiful smile. I have tried the pantry on the ground floor 2 times club sandwich it's good but the Pizza looks like Pizza, unfortunately, called it another name other than pizza.

The rooms are clean the only thing to consider is here is the service of pantry and reception. Sometimes they don't answer sometimes they forget. But hotel is nice and food is amazing as well but sometimes you have to ask more from them to enjoy your stay. The service people r polite and humble and ready to take action

The expectation was high however when we entered our room, u can smell the stale air lingers around and we've requested for air freshener thrice but never arrived! We called the room service thrice for the towel to arrive in our room and this took so long! 2 people staying in the room but there was only 1 toiletries etc.literally good for 1 person. Second was the pantry restaurant! Mum ordered food and already finished everythint but my food was yet to arrived and waited for 35mins for just a soba noodle to arrive! It was awkward to eat alone as my family have already finished their meals! Was expecting for a family dinner but was left disappointed!

Im still staying at this hotel but plans to change once i come back from my trip as the service was really slow and room cleanliness wasnt good.

It's a terrible hotel to stay. WORST service I've encountered anywhere in the world. Some examples - every day without fail Room Service would get your order wrong.mind you everytime. Average time to get a room service order 90 mns (wrong order) + another 90mns to correct it.
Average time to get anything from House Keeping - 2 hrs.
I've been a hotel professional and I can tell you staff here is just INCOMPETENT to run a 5 star property.
Management is terrible as well. Inspite of sending a detailed email to the Guest Service Manager Bechy, got no response at all.
General Manager of this property should be ashamed of himself/herself in the manner this property is being run.
I would STRONGLY discourage anyone to stay at Dusit Thani Makati.waste of your money.

I have my breakfast meeting at the Pantry. Its an old hotel and need a major renovation to update.

I would often stay at this Dusit Thani when I am in Manila for Covid quarantine since I never had an issue related to service.

However, Either the Executive Suite King Room I stayed in was NOT properly cleaned OR the staff preparing / delivering my food was covid positive - but I ended up testing covid positive while I was in the location.

Keep in mind I already took the covid exam 24 hours before the flight and tested negative. Only when I arrived at the facility to quarantine for five days did I get the positive result. I can not find any other reason where I would have contracted covid because I was fully masked and sanitized during transit only in the room did I not wear a mask or sanitize since I expected Dusit to be dilegent in their cleaning.

As a result of Poor Sanitization or Hygiene from Staff - I have become Covid Positive and had to be transferred and quarantined by the Department of Health at their Quarantine hotel for an additional 10 days.

This horrible experience ruined my vacation where I have spent it mostly in quarantine.

Do not book this hotel unless you want to risk getting Covid.

We did breakfast included with room, you get the SAME breakfast meal you chose on day 1 for your entire stay. We booked a suite, there was 1 washcloth, 1 hand towel, 1 bathrobe, I pair of slippers? The sofa and chair in the room has cushions so stiff, you keep sliding onto the floor, NOT comfortable at all. No, we would not stay again nor recommend this place. Oh yeah, instant coffee

I visited The Pantry restaurant at this hotel for a business lunch. The hotel has limited dine in capacity with restriction for vaccinated guests only. The hotel premises is well sanitized and the hotel staff are protected. There is no buffet spread yet but they offer cross over menu with UMU Japanese restaurant. Its good to be back at this place!

So far so great! From the Admin to Room service to Housekeeping. I have no complaints but all compliments! They do listen to their customer needs.so far? I'm here on my 2nd day of 8 quarantine.yikes! I'll post more later after this ordeal of being quarantined. Btw, the aesthetics are original and appreciated!

Hotel staff are so accommodating with our additional request. Hotel vicinity is accessible. Food are tasty and they served large portion.

I'm staying here for quarantine. It says 5-star hotel but room is outdated, carpet looks so dirty and old. They don't offer to take your garbage and refresh your towels, etc given guest is required minimum 10 days of quarantine. Food sucks! Ordered lechon nachos for evening snacks and there's nothing on it and chips are even stale and not crispy anymore. Nacho king is better! They will not allow outside food to be delivered and yet their food quality is bad! UPDATE ordered spicy tuna maki, still fail! Your restaurant, food is ruining it all.

Positive thing are the workers. They are very nice and accommodating

The place needs some work, facilities and service wise. It solely depends on its location for business. If you don't mind old rooms with ho hum service to none but close to the big malls (5 meters away), then consider staying here. Prices are as expensive as the newer hotels with better service.

Fast wifi. Average food. Friendly and accomodating staff. I experienced Dusit Thani during my 7 days hotel quarantine.
