Doesnt respond to phonecalls, stocks not updated. Terrible sales personnel. Before online shops, they're ine of the go-to enthusiast computer parts shop, with a bad sales and service they're just losing their old patrons.

Terrible Service. If you try messaging them they are mostly unresponsive, if you're lucky and even show clear intentions of buying their products you can tell how lazy the person responding to you is, how disrespectful their service is. I would rather pay thousand pesos more than to give these lazy people my money. Its like they dont even want customers which is curious in this time of pandemic or maybe its just me they have done this to, nonetheless, I feel disrespected and i wont conduct business with them again.

Staffs are very accommodative and knowledgeable. Just set up my Ryzen 5 3400g! Will recommend to other buyers

Sobrang naappreciate ko yung effort nila sir Greg and Edward sa pagassist sa kapatid ko. Super noob friendly nung place na to. I can't go out of my house dahil sa pandemic so ate ko yung bumili ng parts for my pc. Since walang alam si ate sa pc, nahirapan siya intindihin yung mga bilin ko pero sobrang nadalian siya dahil sa pag guide ng staff ng Dynaquest.

Will definitely recommend and babalik ako dito for sure sa upgrades. Please take note lang na may pila lagi dahil sa pandemic pero di naman kasing OA ng pila sa Gilmore so no biggie.

DynaquestPC as a whole is an excellent store for anything related to computer products for consumers. They have very accommodating staffs and facebook chat support. Convenient way of payment, and when you needed any advice on the best components to buy. They will not present you with their most expensive option. I call that honest customer service.

Anyway, this branch (Sucat branch) is very easy to go to. They are located just along Sucat Road, and they have a good parking space in front of the store. Service here is good. I had a gaming desktop setup here last Saturday and it only took about an hour to complete. Perhaps tomorrow they'll have all the desktop components I ordered, and will let them setup another gaming desktop by then.

Highly recommended store overall.

Also when I went there last Saturday, there was this customer who was returning a memory he purchased because it was not compatible with his PC. They replaced the said product without any further discussion. I know a few stores who won't do that but rather slap you with the "compatibility is buyer's responsibility" line.

Good prices but the shop is too cramped. Bought a monitor but the tech was not careful and held the monitor on the screen itself. Even though the first instructions that you see on opening shows where to hold it properly

Limited products and no lights when I entered the shop, the staff was fine. Check their online pricelist before coming or call them for the availability

Oh yeah only one problem is that there is only one person who takes care of every one, so that means you will have to wait for a long time if there is a lot of people I recommend going early so you won't have to wait too long.but yeah he is super friendly and helpful so don't worry I bought from this place 2 times now and always came out happy thanks to him Hahaha so I hope you will like it as well and that you found this review helpful in some way good luck people

Bought 1060 Aorus Xtreme Gaming, i5-8600k at aorus gaming 5 mobo etong 3 items na nabili ko sknla is ok na ok talaga no hassle.which is dapat 5 ang rating ko medyo naunsyami lng dahil sa LG27mp na binili ko una cord compatibility / namimili ng cord which is aun nga dpt don plng sa shop merong testing muna ng unit / 2nd sa sobrang hype sa bahy ko na napansin ung stuck pixel sa unit which is sobrang hassle kase babalik ka nnmn.good thing is nireplace nmn somehow kaya still i admire this shop.suggest ko lng pag mga gnung item like monitor / or iba png easy plug in lng testing mna sana sa shop bago pclaim kei cx.aun lng cheers sa next transaction ulit
