One of the shops you would visit for cheaper computer parts and peripherals. Staff are willing to help and accommodate to your needs. They know full well of the items that they sell. They can build your PC parts for you for just a little extra cost.

Low priced pc parts but they dont have a stock of what im looking for.call them before going there

The shop has most of what enthusiast PC builders would want. They also have fairly reasonable prices. Service is also good. Parking can be difficult. You can park by Cash & Carry then walk. It's about a block away.

Reasonably priced. Staff and tech are very accommodating. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED specially if your in or near Makati and in need of PC parts:)

Hard to find parking, they dont want to bring outside the items to the car infront of their store event though already paid.

There makati branch is the main office of dynaquestpc.before going here make sure to call them first to inquire the items you need. So that you won't waist your time.

Although, Medyo matagal yung response nila since madami tao. When there is an issue. They will accomodate. Kudos to the tech and sa nag rereply sa viber. Highly recommend this store. They have most of the parts. Paunahan nalang talaga.

Avoid this branch at all costs if you're new to PC building or starting out. They have terrible customer service and will make you regret even wanting to buy a PC.

I properly lined up and waited in line to walk in and buy a PC for someone. Already prepared a list of items to buy and when informed that an item was sold out already, they did not provide any options or recommendations in the store. They just told me to "look online at our website and pick what you want" rather than recommend items in the store. So I had to look online for options and when I did, they wouldn't offer any advice or recommendations to the build I wanted. They just told me to go outside so that they may accomodate other customers. So I left, empty handed, with a feeling that they just didn't care about me.

Go to a different branch instead. It's unfortunate that the staff here don't care about the experience of helping someone build a PC, and make you feel like you're taking up their time and prefer catering to customers who already know what they want. Just a disheartening experience for someone who was excited to build their first gaming pc.

They were responsive when i sent them a message thru fb messenger. I was able make a request to transfer an item from one branch to another then proceed to payment and pickup smoothly. The product was well tested and transactions were fast and secured.

Less accommodating na yung crew, kasi siguro madami na silang sales, and pagod nadin yata kasi closing time kami nakapunta.

Pero madami nga customer kahit late na.

Medyo mahal din ng konte kesa Gilmore. Di mo din aakalain na merong store dun sa area, naghanap pa kami san sya banda.

They're open Mon- Sun. Due to the pandemic and strict safety protocols, they allow only one person per transaction.

Another good thing here is that there is no assemble fee for builds provided that the items are purchased from their store.

They don't open on time though. But it's okay since we came here on a Sunday.

Prepare to wait especially on weekends. The streets where they are located are not wide so prepare for this as well. When we went there on a Saturday around lunch, we waited for an hour before our monitor was released.

Last 4 month have a poor service for customer

Price is great, but you need to improve the services

No response on any online channel. No one answering the phone. 2 hours of no movement when visiting their store

The store offers quality products and good pricing for the local market however the organization is chaotic. Nobody answers the phone if you want to check stock availability before lining up for an hour or more to purchase items. Emails to sales go unanswered after weeks. This business could be doing 3 times the volume of they could only get their act together.

I hope the owners take a look at the operations and how to improve efficiency. It’s sorely needed
