An incredible experience which I didn't expect. Dra. Gambalan attended me over the phone, asked me a series of questions and had me do a couple of physical tests. From the moment you communicate with the doctor you can tell they are experienced professionals. There was no pressure to use any particular facility or pharmacy it's all up to the individual. Got my prescription and saved myself an enormous amount of time of having to make an appointment and going to a clinic. This is the future of medicine.

Walang nasagot sa line nila. Pero kung magmessage ka meron naman. Yun nga lang kung tatawagan mo ayaw sagutin kahit hndi naman busy yung line. Tried many times to call them pero hndi talaga sila nasagot kpag tawag. Kapag txt mabilis sumagot

Recommended to me by an officemate and the service is superb. The doctor assigned to me, Dr. Krisca, is a good doctor, she really knows how to address my concerns and is polite in asking questions so you will be comfortable to explain your situations. The admin is fast in replying in emails. Video teleconsult is super helpful during this time because you may be able to have a consultation for non-emergency situations and get proper med prescriptions for fast recovery without further exposing yourself in clinics.

I started having symptoms on a Friday, and by Sunday, I needed to get consulted. I didnt want to go to the hospital due to the pandemic so I was looking to book an online consultatation. It was only Eva Digital clinic who was able to accomodate me Sunday, 8: 30am. Imagine the convenience. I was then consulted by Dr. Krisca Jandusay and she was just amazing. After the consult, she closely monitored me and would reply promptly to my queries up, making logical, detailed, advice and the right decisions so I didnt need to get hospitalized. I can truly say that I'm now on my way to fully recovering from my dengue, thanks to her and Eva digital!

I have already made and paid for an appointment because I saw that there are clients from outside the Philippines. Only to find out they do not do consultations to patients/clients outside ph. If I did not recheck the schedule through the online support agent I will not know. I wish you will be more specific with the details next time. Very misleading.

Not the best, to be honest. The doctor was on time and friendly and I did get my prescription. However, I had side effects with the medication she prescribed, so I contacted her through the email she gave me and I did not get a reply. I had no choice but to power through my five-day antibiotic course with zero support, all the while feeling dizzy every time I took my meds, which is every six hours, so you can imagine how sick and stressed I was the whole time. For a clinic that advertises premium services, I would've expected a reply. I probably would give them five stars though if I didn't need to get a follow-up.

This is a very good and convenient app since we cannot afford to catch covid by going to the hospital.it eliminates that risk and still give you accurate and good medical consult

Sa ospital na process itatawag muna nila sa medicard kung di pa expired at chargeable yung card.
Saka nila ipaparoceed for check up.
Alam ko sigurista lang kayo na mabayaran kayu if incase fake yung card. Pero di nmn lahat gusto ang refund na process. Magset nlng kayu ng timeframe for verification at sabi ng facebook rep nyo di kayu tumatawag sa medicard? Paano nangyare yun eh para marefund pera ng pasyente tatawag kayu sa medicard for card verification. Lagyan nyo nlng ng time frame for verification once verified saka i confirm ang booking yun lang very dissapointing.

I had my consultation yesterday, as the usual process after the consultation they will provide me a prescription, It’s more than 24 hours and still no prescription i made a several follow up via txt and call no reply, very dissappointing and very unprofessional

Very satisfied with the service. No long Que to wait for the doctor as the patient will set the appointment for the check-up. Very polite and nice doctor and staff of the clinic. Worth your money.
