Worst experience here in Flawless, Recep told us to wait 1 hr for 2 vacancies, and when we came back they still let us wait for almost 2hrs and then she told us no vacant for 2 only 1 at the time. You let your client expect to wait 1hr and then you continue waste their time. That's very bad

My facials in flawless are always a pleasure. Staff are courteous. My technician is very meticulous and has the lightest touch. I don’t feel any pain when my face is being pricked. Looking forward to my next visit.

I had my facial done here last Jan 25. Dra. Tang was young and friendly. Since I have severe case of acne, she recommended 3 procedures: advanced acne facial w/rejuvelite, Acnelan and FNT. Acne should be taken care first before we do FNT or the needling can be done. The facial took a whooping 3 hrs to finish since my breakout was pretty bad. My facialist Ate Janice was very thorough on cleaning my face sure making sure all the puss were removed. She was nice too and machika. I didnt get Acnelan on that day since i just had my chemical peel 2 weeks prior. Dra. Tang prescribed antibiotics for 2weeks and skin regimen, all flawless products of course. SAS soap, toner, pimple clear gel and skin white therapy. Overall it was a good experience. Lets go to what i do not like. They only accept cash, no card terminal yet maybe because they are relatively new (circuit branch opened last Nov 2018). Last Feb 13, i went back to ask about Acnelan. I needed to know if there is a down time, when it will start to peel and how long will it lasts. There were 2 ladies on the reception so I asked my questions. They are unsure of their answers, 1st lady said 2-3 days the other one said 1 week. Dra Tang wasnt there to confirm. I also felt like they do not want to answer me, parang nakaka-ISTORBO ako sa kanila. Disappointing. Now i dont want to go back because of them.

Staff were very accomodating and offer what’s the best type of service for you depending on your skin type and concern. The place was neat and clean. Overall, excellent service!
