Such a crowded place and 1 of the busiest area's in all of Taguig, because of it's connecting establishment's and businesses. A big help to the community

It is new now, its like bgc. Well its not fully finished yet. But soon it will go like that

Public terminal is well maintained but the road going to the terminal at palabas ay hindi kaaya aya lalo na daanan ng mga tricycle.

Very excited if ever ma fully finished it will become arca south na.open for bikers and jogging din as of the moment.

Huge area still undergoing development. Lots of ongoing construction happening but can't wait for this area to open. Hopefully, there will be more shops, malls and places to visit when it does.

Anyhow, there are still a few empty lots that are ideal for picnics, games and doing physical activities. My nieces and nephews like going here to play on a nice and sunny late afternoon.

The fact that it is now being refurbished and reinvented to be Arca South is exciting, let us all watch for it!

FTI complex is no longer exist.only a small portion of it is occupied by some company unlike before. Large portion of FTI is now called Arca south.

Under big renovation, maybe under the new name arca, in FTI you can find new building, it houses the LTO office of Taguig, Food research area, of FDA and big police station.

Roads has elevated manholes which makes the road uneven and unsafe for motorist specially motorcycles.

FTI is now the ARCA SOUTH being developed into mixed commercial, residential and leisure use. Supposedly opened last 2018 but delayed for some reason including COVID 19 pandemic. Development now ongoing but with slower phase. Area is good for walking, biking. Some banks, LTO and SUNSHINE Mall are open.

Wala akung masabi sa lugar ng taguig.maganda na maganda rin patakaran ng mga namamahala dito ang mayor mabait at matulungin.kaya magmula mg 1987 gang ngayun at para sakin dit ang lugar na napili ko.ffi taguig

Poor traffic management system, tricycle loading and unloading is prone to accident and cause more traffic.

Its not a corporate office, Food Terminal Inc, is now ARCA South located at Taguig City, this place are now developing by Ayala Corp, it still under construction. This place has a Transport Terminal inside, Sunshine Mall is inside too.

This is no longer the FTI i have known for. So many childhood memories here that i worth remembering.

I grew up in this area and saw a lot of changes.they moved the terminal which is really good and clean. But its not FTI anymore. It is call ARCA SOUTH.

Terminal of tricycle, jeepneys, vans and busses. Busses in this terminal is non-airconditioned so make sure to bring handfan with you

This is my neighborhood where I grew up. I know every place here. If you say to taxi drivers bring you to FTI maybe they decline you or asking if you are nearly maharlika village because they afraid entering the muslim village.
