Already 7: 30 am and still nobody at the reception. Some customers need to have blood extraction after fasting

No one answers the phone or you keep getting redirected to a fax tone. They do not reply to emails or messages on their messenger platform.

The lady at the registration desk needs to let the customer finish talking. The conversation with her would have been shorter and more pleasant if she did not interrupt me when I was stating my concerns. It could have saved having to start over.

For the person in the medical records, he should understand the urgency when results are more than 3 days late. Merely stating that he will follow up and he will just send the email is not acceptable when the customer has already come to your office for the overdue result.

Wait times have always been minimal, which is highly appreciated considering the urgency that can be associated with medical needs. They respect the patient's time, ensuring visits are as efficient as possible without sacrificing the quality of service.

This clinic sucks. If meron naman kayong ibang option, wag na wag dito. Please lang. Masasayang lang ang oras at panahon niyo dito. Hindi lang sa EDSA may forever, dito din.

Rude lady from registration who shouted at me. Turns out it was her who did not understand what I was asking for. She should be trained on customer service.

The clinic in Makati is clean but I had to wait for 3 hours to have my XRAY taken. Plus, processing of results are not on time and do not follow fairness. Not a good experience!

Gaan ng kamay ng nurse na kumuha dugo ko:) Mabait din sila dito. Just go here on a weekday either very early or after lunch, konti tao. The clinic is on the 3rd floor of Crown Building, across SM Jazz Makati and Starbucks, near BDO and 7/11.

Not your go to hospital for consultation with symptoms. It caters to pre-employment tests and do not know how to prioritize the need of the patient.
The nurse at the station should undergo training both professionally and customer service.she told me they oly have 1 doctor and if i want to complain, i need to talk to the management to hire more doctors. We waited almost 4 hours and when it was our turn the nurse said the doctor went on break and that was the time i raised hell because she again asked us to wait until the doctor comes back and only then
we were seen by male doctor.
So please we go somewhere else. A private hospital with bad service. Read reviews before you go to Fort Med.

We have been visiting FortMed since it’s early days when they were still located along Buendia. Until now alongside Jupiter corner Reposo st. Makati.

Since our experiences with them span quite sometime. I would like to focus on the times during the Pandemic where it seems to weigh in most this time.

Amidst the challenges of the times and the decline of specialists holding office and a streamlined nursing staff. I would give the facility and it’s staff a commendable word for service. Starting from the “vintage” guard upfront who always assists us with a smile for parking since the basement is no longer accessible to patients.
To the front staff / cashier who assist every patient they are key to an easy transaction and are also able bodied by being warm to everyone. Even the records group who sends results online are fast to respond unlike before. We even met a young lady who gave everyone a hand from staff to patients alike. Ms. Geronimo I believe was her name. Her leadership shows in her presence and is heartfelt even on days where we come with our parents for a laboratory procedure. And the assistance when we needed to avail for a home visit for blood extraction, the med technician who are very courteous and lighthanded on our seniors.

As paying patrons and patients as well. We are grateful for Fortmed being in our community. We pray for the whole group to continue such service. Tough times don’t last long… tough people do with heart shines through.

Worst clinic I went to. I went there for my employment medical and the receptionistis almost ot in the mood to assist. I went From Valenzuela to Makati for drugtest and they've even not informed their drugtest machine is down. I just hope not to go back to this place anymore.

The location is good however it doesn’t look top tier to me. Comfort room is basic, no bidet and tissue. APE results take soooo long!

Waiting time was so hilarious. Only 1 doctor available considering that they're accepting alot of patients /pre-employment medical

Bigla biglang nagcacancel ng appointment ng walang notice. Nalaman lang namin nung nandon na kami na hindi daw available yung personnel that day. Sama ng serbisyo nyo.

I came here at 10: 30 am to have my knees checked up and 30 mins later, I was told to just come back at 1: 30 because there are a lot of patients lined up.
I went back at 1: 30 but I was checked at 2: 10 pm. When it was already my turn, the old female doctor asked me what the problem is. Actually, I had two problems but since she talked in an exasperated tone, I only raised my knee problems. I answered her questions but she doesn't seem to believe that I have endured the pain. She didn't even consider the fact that I've waited long for my turn to be checked up.

I could also sense from her tone that she doesn't believe what I'm saying even though I've already narrated everything to her. She must have sensed that I was beginning to lose my trust in her because she changed her tone from hurried and annoyed, to gentle.

The check-up lasted for less than 15 minutes. After a disappointing check-up, I heard her told her staff na "pano, eh di mauubos yan" pointint at the remaining lined up clipboards.

I really pity the patients handled by this doctor.

A doctor must be approachable so patients can have confidence in raising their complaints. And this doctor wasn't.

You guys are the worst ever! I called your customer service yesterday and spoke to someone asking for your operating hours then I called several times today, but no one answered, even your operator was no avail. I arrived at 11am, and attended at almost 11: 30am and that's fine then all of a sudden, I was asked to just go back after lunch and that's 1pm because you have to disinfect the area! That's totally fine IF you have told us ahead of time because I even called yesterday, and if someone from your customer service answered your phone today. I COULD HAVE JUST WENT TO YOUR CLINIC AFTER LUNCH! Imagine, i will have to wait for almost 2 hrs for nothing! Such a disgrace! IT'S MECQ AND NO RESTO NOR MALLS ARE OPEN AND YOU DIDN'T EVEN CONSIDER THAT! Your 2 receptionists should be trained well and learn the customer service skill! And can you please tell that lady on your frontdesk that if she's not in the mood, she should never, ever bring that to work, please teach her to be pleasant at all times!

My experience taking my pre-employment checkup here:

1. Despite earlier reviews, the public toilet beside the elevator does have a dipper, water, soap in the dispenser and a roll of tissue (I did brought my own soap and tissue because of the earlier review). It does not have a bidet though. It was also clean, but I was the first user of the day (there was a queue to the toilet when I got out). To users, please be civil and clean as you go when taking urine and stool samples. Also, being the first patient of the day has its perks of having a clean toilet.

2. Faucet water pressure goes low (no water flowing out) whenever the toilet is flushed, or is filling up its flush tank.

3. The checkup is streamlined and the nurses direct you to the next steps as soon as you are done with the current one, or as soon as the previous patient is done if you are queued.

4. Alcohol dispensers are on every corner (I did bring my own).

5. X-ray machine broke down so I had to return another day.

Knocked off 1 star on the review because of the missing toilet bidet, low toilet water pressure, and the x-ray machine breaking down on the day of the med exam.

Inefficient. Waited for more than an hour just to get the results. Followed up once, told me to wait. Followed up again, seems that's the only the time they started working on my request.

Worst clinic so far in Makati! Might as well go home and take a stool and urine sample than their pigsty. No soap nor water in the bathrooms. Turtle staff and nonexistent doctors. A routine 2 hour checkup would last a day. Good for critically ill patients as they would need to last long to receive their results. Rather spend for travelfare than be diagnosed here

Mas marami pang staff nila kesa sa doctors. 2 hours waiting dahil 2 lang available na doctors. Chismisan ng chismisan mga staff nila. Mawawala na yung sakit mo bago ka pa ma check up sa sobramg tagal.
