Four Seasons Buffet & Hotpot, SM Mall of Asia reviews
542nd time to dine here. Atmosphere and staff are both very welcoming. Will definitely be coming back.thank you four seasons.
This is our first time in a buffet as a family. It's an awesome buffet restaurant, definitely gonna come back again
Quick service and the place is clean and organized. The staff are very approachable and helpful.
Everything was so good! My kids enjoyed it so much. They had so much fun with the desserts!
The menu offers a diverse set of meals ready to be consumed and also raw food to cook at the hot pot. Would definitely go back here one day.
The staff were attentive and courteous.
The food were superb, they kept its freshness and flavour. I highly recommend it.
Gastronimical experience wide variety of food to choose from.tepanyaki was superb, wide options of dessert and
The food is okay but the variety of food is limited since the restaurant is only design to served buffet hotpot menu. But overall the quality of service and food is great.
Just dine here this lunch. We have our dog with us at MOA and when the receptionist saw her she asked her superior that if the dog can stay inside while we dine in. Then she offered us to dine outside with our dog or dine inside with our dog staying in their office. We are surprised on their hospitality and accepted their offer for dining inside. While we dine, I check our dog on their office just to see how is her status. To my surprise they have taken care of our dog and even gave her a bowl of water. Very accommodating staff and delicious food. Will be back here again in the future and with our dog again.
Last time i went here was 2019 before pandemic. It was one my favorite buffets before. I came back yesterday and so disappointed by the very limited option of food and drinks unlike before. They dont even have tofu! The service was also not as good. So not worth for the price.
Hotpot goodness and appetizing buffet in one! Luckily there wasn't any wait times at all so we were able to start earlier. There was a nice selection of hotpot ingredients, meat cuts and slices, even the buffet section was packed with freshly cooked meals.
The staff are friendly and approachable, however I think they are understaffed during peak lunch time.
Overall, the food is good and the ambiance in the store is very luxurious. Definitely worth the trip.
Had dinner with my wife here during the weekend.staff are very helpful and attentive, food selections are good (the only 2 reasons why it had a 2 star rating for me) but no mala spicy soup, fruit shakes and beef meat on a dinner (weekend) ? But we are still bound to pay the same price.charge to experience? Definitely will not recommend this to anyone and will not come again
689pesos for Hot Pot! Buffet choices are good for the price paid. Place is clean and the spacing between guests follows IATF guidelines which is a plus. Recommended.
Ang sarap kumaen dito, accommodating pa yung staffs nila. Clean and nice area malapit sa bay at parking. Andaming choices of food at ikaw magluluto ng hotpot mo.
Place is properly kept neat and clean. Following great health protocol guidelines. Staff is well adept in keeping it that way specially social distancing. Food for the hotpot has good selection from pork and beef slices (3 kinds but great though), shrimps, vegetables (wide selection), white meat fish. As for the ala carte hot items, sushi (a little bland and dry), variety of chinese dishes (this is good by the way) is very good as well. Thier hotpot soup base has great selection as well. They offer both indoor and outdoor dining giving you a direct seaview al-fresco experience. Though I would like to see more items on their buffet and hotpot as I think they have ommited a large amount of items before the pandemic started. Other than that, I was pretty satisfied.
Kindly give a LIKE if this helps!

Visited recently. On a sunny afternoon. Planned to watch the sunset afterwards.
The food offered I think is at 70-80% compared to when I visited before.
I can't find our favorite "cheese balls" haha
Yoghurt machine not available.
If you're going there for the above, you may ask first before dining.
Overall, the place is safe and clean. Not crowded, people are required to wear masks when walking around. Staff are friendly and accommodating.
Card transactions are accepted.
Would you visit again? YES, but maybe not soon.:)
We've been here several times and the experience is great. But if you plan to go while we have this crisis going on. Expect that there's limited options at the moment.
Due to pandemic, the usual experience in a buffet changed. But the staff are very accommodating. Need patience though because staff are limited
I am not really fond of hotpot but I giving 4 stars for the safety they make sure this pandemic.
The rest of the food is okay, but their desserts like these cupcakes seems like a cardboard box lols. If you're looking for a dessert, then this place is definitely not the place to go to. Their sashimi donut is great
