Gaoc Alabang had an excellent service. My husband and I had dental cleaning recently. Dr. Sam Gonzales was amazing. She was very thorough and gentle. Other staff / receptionist were also very friendly and always smiling. We will definitely go back! Definitely highly recommended! Thank you for looking after us. Till our next visit!

This is the best dental experience I have had in Philippines. GAOC excels in customer service, remembering details about you each time you visit, to provide a customized experience. Also, they have state of the art equipment, the BEST dentists, and are even able to cater to my young daughter with ease. Having visited several other budget options in the past, i can honestly recommend GAOC whole heartedly as a good value with super customer service and best in class dental services.

Please don’t go here. I’ve been so consistent with my appointments just to find out that they don’t really take care of my teeth. Just make it worse. Then in the end they will offer surgery. Very disappointing. I even confronted the dentists and staff about their practice, that they’re doing this with their eyes open, yet they just accepted it like this is what they’re told to do.

And to respond to GAOC’s reply:
It’s 2022 now and I have gone to different dentists after my terrible experience - and not one of them has said that I need surgery. If I had pushed through with GAOC, I would’ve done something permanent and unnecessary. Your internal investigation is incomplete. What does it matter if I was out of the country? There is nothing wrong with my teeth. Anyway. There is no need to save yourselves on this review because your staff know it, I know it. Let’s leave it at that.

You felt cared for at GaOC and commend the professionalism of Dr Sam. Appointments are being followed, no waiiting time. The whole place si so clean and fresh.

Nice, warm and friendly staff who comes up to me the moment I stepped in was definitely a good start. You don’t get that with other clinic receptionists. Considering I had my molars pulled, the procedure was almost pain-free. Thanks to the most gentle dentists! I promise that was the most gentle care my teeth have ever felt. I couldn’t have asked for a better dentist.

Me and my family trust GAOC. We love coming here for our dental care because they’re the best in the industry. My boys and I went there yesterday for check up and cleaning. They’re 7 and 10, at a young age I can’t blame them for being scared but Dr. Kim and Dr. Sam did an excellent job. They talked to the boys and explained the procedure in a way that made them more at ease and less afraid. They even have TVs that the kids can watch from while having the procedure! Their facilities are top of the line and they make sure every patient of theirs have a great experience, be it old or young. Thank you GAOC! Makes my job as a mom easier? I love GAOC Alabang because of the excellent service. The reminders are constant but not irritatingly so. The swab test was quick and didn't hurt at all. The dental service itself is superb and though pricier than most dental clinics, the quality of the work is well worth it. I would recommend to my family and friends! Of course, NETFLIX viewing makes the whole experience a treat.

Me and my kids have nothing but good praises for GAOC Filinvest Alabang. Ms. Iwee, the staff, and most specially Dr. Nyka and Dr. Sam made sure that the children have a positive experience whenever they go for their check-up and treatments. Their prices are a bit steep, but you can be sure that the quality of service, expertise of Doctor's, the modern machines they use, ambiance, and cleanliness and the safe environment of their clinic is worth the money you spent.

I had a good experience with GAOC Filinvest. So much so that it felt like I went to a spa treatment but for your teeth. The receptionist was very accommodating from registration to end of treatment. Their dentists were also able to explain my scans and treatments well. Overall, happy with their service and will definitely come back again.
