Globe Iconic Store

Not crowded, very helpful and detailed staff who gave sensible recommendations to our concerns. We just had to wait long for our turn. Not a problem, you can get a guest wifi access while waiting which you can refresh every 30 minutes and the waiting area is comfy enough.

Despite being a platinum subscriber, still had to wait 45 mins to be attended to. While I heard regular customers have been waiting for more than 2 hours, I don’t blame the staff since they were really undermanned, but hope management can add more people to address this

Very polite and professional service. Of course it took some time to get my sim-card and internet contract, but I’m fully satisfied with the experience in this branch. My manager was Christian.

They'll prioritize walk Ins over those with appointments. Got served close to an hour after my appointment, on a weekday. Saving grace was the supervisor who assisted me.

Do not go for globe wifi. Their service and their technicians are horrible. Go for PLDT instead.

Horrible service today at this store. Waited 14 minutes to be served by single cashier for pre-paid wifi device even though there were only 2 other customers being currently served. There were more employees than customers at 245pm but still took 14 minutes to be entertained. Worse, device they gave cannot be activated as directed. Will be back tomorrow to see how much more inconvenience this store can cause.

I dreaded going here after reading a lot of bad reviews. But surprisingly, my experience was seamless. I stayed here for 15mins (arrival and exit) and got my issue resolved. The employees were very helpful and systematic. I just hoped Globe in general will provide customer service online. And I mean a real customer service employee and not just a bot. It baffles me that they are a telecommunications company yet they don't offer this type of support. I was lucky enough to spend 15mins of my lunch during work to go to their service center for quick resolution but not everyone lives or works near a Globe center.

Only few staff available. Waiting time is very long! Spare yourselves and choose other branch if you don’t like waiting

The staff couldn't explain the system down of the area at all, and they explained that it was because of the environment of the country in the Philippines.

The vulnerability of the system can be understood by the impact of the country's infrastructure, but the inability to explain it shows the low level of staff education.

I terminated my Globe at Home plan last July 1,2021 but this Globe Iconic store failed to terminate my account and until now globe is sending me bills to be paid! I also paid for termination fee! How disappointing!

Sir! I already order ID 211001Q29JW6R6 last Oct 1. Shopee received my GOMO Unli SIM number +639761382905 is wrong 25GB happening. Where GOMO Unli? Please fix 25GB change Unli.

But GOMO x Globe service can't help me. I not understand what happen. I feel worst Unli 499php to 25GB 299php.

I requested a location transfer at the store a month ago, I have been going to the store every week to follow up on my location transfer and every time they have told me to go home and wait, it seems they all have lied to me, no one has contacted me and no one has given me any updates in a month.
I'm still paying my bill but I haven't been able to use my Globe fiber home internet service for a month.what is wrong with Globe? How could this happen?

This Globe store is located at the bridge of Bonifacio High Street Mall in BGC. You can pass through the side of The Coconut Club and ride the escalator going up. You can see it right away. The store has strict COVID-19 protocols in place. However it’s quite a hassle that you also have to fill-up and set appointment online even when you’re already there. Overall the transaction was fast and the CS attendant was efficient.

Finding an excellent globe business center is like finding a good barber. Our globe internet at home had network problems and we have been to multiple customer service centers in sm north in magnolia but all told us to just wait. 5 days and counting we decided to go to globe iconic store and try our luck there.

The manager, Pauline, here in globe iconic store really took care of us. From start until finish of the repair. This is true customer service even during pandemic.

The store manager Pauline is excellent. Truly a quality employee. Her service was superb, and she knows how to take care of customers. No doubt that under her leadership this store will flourish.

The staff were polite and proactive as well despite handling so many cases as Globe is under skeletal crew right now and the hotline keeps redirecting me to an answering machine.

Will definitely be visiting this branch again.

Fast and easy service. Got my eSIM processed here within a few minutes. Also liked that it's not much crowded due to its location.

Based on my experience, it won’t take long before someone would attend to your needs but depending on your transaction, processing your request may take a while. They are supposed to complete the processing of your request while you wait; that is, if you are willing to wait for an hour or maybe longer - again, depending on your transaction. Also, you might be asked to proceed to the shop at the other side of the street - although there is a connecting bridgeway.

Accommodating staff. It only took me 5 minutes to complete my transactions. I suggest you go around 7 pm.
