Visited to get Prepaid Home Wi-Fi SIM replaced. Took about an hour, including wait. I'm happy that I'm not a Globe subscriber. Can't believe that even a prime Globe service center takes this long to do seemingly simple matters.
Luv helped us a lot with all our questions! We had the best service we could expect!

Best globe store in my experience. Staff are friendly and less waiting compared to other stores.
Globe Greenbelt as usual is too business-like with some staff lacking common sense.
For instance, all I need is to check what month my plan is going ti end which someone near the store door could check.
But nooooo, they have to give you a number and queue on the second floor which take eons since they only have one ot two staff taking of customer needs. After an hour I complained to the guard that I'm still waiting just to check what month my plan is going to end and she promptly got the details, went inside to check and told me it's next month which only took less than 5mins.
Other branches are also way better. It's just the Greenbelt branch which have the entitled attitude.
There was surprisingly a lot less people when we visited so that was a convenient experience. My boyfriend was able to get a new phone in less than 40mins. Staff was very helpful.

OMG worst service. These guys have no clue how to answer a straightforward question. The queuing system is insane they notify you that you're next in queue then you get to the front desk just to be informed there are 5 in front of you. It's taken us 3 hours to get served lol so much for platinum priority.how is it acceptable?
Unbelievably awful customer service. Staff constantly go on break then have colleagues cover for them saying they are assisting other clients. Not a single competent staff that knows what to do for even the simplest transaction. Most staff just playing on their phones instead of actually assisting clients even when there is a long queue.
There is no way of contacting them unless you go to their store. Extremely disappointing considering that they are a telecommunications company.
For a tech company, you expect the forms to be electronic in form already. Also, it's absurd to get an appointment within an appointment just because of the pandemic. If the current support person can't accommodate my concern, they should be the one to divert me to the person who can address my concern. Is it my fault that the staff assigned to me can't address my concern and then they have the audacity to reassign me to the back of the queue!? I've already waited for my turn that, mind you, did not start on my appointed time. Just no respect for other people's time.
I am very happy with the service satisfied with someone from davao city very friendly and accommodating. Nice ambiance and it is first time for me to have a 5G sim. Very fast and like the service and support. I hope it is consistent i love the place.
Poor service. I wont be making any transaction to any globe store. They can't even answer my questions.
Worst experience ever, everything is very slow and the queuing system is a disaster. Everything is too complicated. Last time I went here to inquire the requirements needed for transfer of ownership, and then after done preparation I came back to submit and they asked for extra documents that were never mentioned before. This is a waste of time and so much frustration. It should be rated 0/5.
Once being served the staff are efficient and effective, however, a 90 minute wait to be served is unsatisfactory, to say the least.
Globe Telecom customer "service" is the worlds worst. 30 years and running! Congrats, Globe! You bunch of incompetent EXTORTIONISTS! ESTAFADORS! YOU SHOULD BE STRIPPED OF YOUR FRANCHISE AND BE JAILED FOR SYNDICATED ESTAFA!
Went there to pay our Globe At Home Plan and surprisingly, this store has the most accommodating customer service I've ever experienced so far (even better than PLDT). Plus, their kind and approaching staffs are always smiling very fast transaction. Keep it up!
Went here for line reactivation. Was done in less than an hour. Staff was attentive and service was fast
Was initially displeased that I had to visit a physical store due to unavailability of customer service through phone. However, everyone that assisted me on site was very accommodating especially the frontliners themselves. Very pleased with how they acknowledge clients.
