What is wrong with Globe? I requested a location transfer at the store a month ago, I have been going to the store every week to follow up on my location transfer and every time they have told me to go home and wait, it seems they all have lied to me, no one has contacted me and no one has given me any updates in a month. How could this happen?
I'm still paying my bill but I haven't been able to use my Globe fiber home internet service for a month.

Globe has too many independent projects that just overlaps one another. Their own team is confused on what and how everything works so they look stupid in front of the customers. For example, they have integration with Facebook but they will recommend you to use the Globe one app. The Globe one up is useless as. Things you need are not available there. That is just one of many examples. Support or even just proper information is not easy to get.

Long wait times, representatives are clueless and will give you the run around or do things wrong

I absolutely hate globe

The location is easycto get to and is accessible to the differently abled. Make sure you have an appointment so you will be given access to other areas of the building.

Paying high cost every month but receives bad service. Consistent Service interruptions every month with bad rebate strategy to customers. Adjustment to billing is very hard to ask despite of the down service. Customers are left to accpet the fact of being abused with bad service while paying so much. Rewards lacks value to customers. Poor customer service experience. Looking forward to cancel our service and look for a better provider.

Love the interior design of the Globe's lobby. To think about there motto "Making great things possible" anywhere I go. Mostly every island has a connection to the globe cell site. They say smart people use globe. It's amazing to think technology developed so well from the last few decades we have. I would want to work here someday.

Well connectivity is good for globe in Philippines, I had taken globe home WiFi and its good. Only thing is that Internet is very costly here

I bought 200 pesos prepaid load card. I register it to make a call and call someone important. After just a few hours I cannot make a call it is saying that I have no load. Wow. Really. Wow! I hate this f*cking rules of this bullsh*t of this country! I dont know why they make this country so f*cking horrible to live! You work hard for money, you earn little money, and this f*cking big company cheat you! F*cking people of the Philippines!

The best building in all Taguig! It's beautiful and high tech! It feels like you are in a first world country when you visit their office

I am sorry to say but since more then a year I feel totally overcharged on my Globe plan and nobody listen to me at the counter to solve the additional charges on my bill.for me a big NO company.recommend prepaid SIM card

In terms of security I think it is more secure place I been to. I think the letdown was you have to call or message the person that your about to meet there. And being a building owned by Globe you have to have a Globe abled line, the Smart or Suncel line don't work there.

Globe is not only an office for Globe employees but its second home as well. Office is very well designed, earthquake ready and is handicapped friendly. Subscribers can also pay their bills at the second floor.

So far the best office I've seen.dynamic w different motif each floor.great canteen but you hv to use Gcash.

Had a chance to conduct seminar in one of their facilities. One of the best corporate towers I've been to. Facilities are modern and security is really tight. Offices and lounge are stylish and looks cozy. The location is very practical too. The department who assisted us is very accommodating.

Been using Globe since the handy phone days.mid 90s and have not changed since.they may have some bumps along the way but they make up with it along the way with better service and a better product.

Happy Platinum user here. One of the better Telecom providers in the Philippines.

It said 24 hrs open, went there today and its closed. Expected no traffic coz its sunday and more covinient but i guess jokes on me for believing a hoax post!

I worked here as a loan staff for a few months. The office has a modern ambiance. There is a free fast-speed internet there. Their canteen offers a lot of food options. And you can only use a GCash Card in order to transact with the canteen as well as the vending machines. They also have a lot of coffee choices.
