Horrible service. There were 2 people ahead of me in line and 2 CS staff. After 45 min it’s still not my turn. Unacceptable!

If there was an option to give zero stars, I would.

Should move the rest of our corporate lines to Smart. I came from the branch in the same mall and was done in 10min.

Waited for 2 hours just so I can have someone book me a house visit since Globe’s internet is always slow and disconnecting. Very terrible customer service as well. AVOID GLOBE AT ALL COST. VERY DISSATISFIED WITH YOUR SERVICE.

It is bad company. Worse local SIM ever. Do not taked it.
The app doesn't apply visa card. Customers servise aren't helpfull and there is few places to top up.

I thought the globe fiber internet is good but i was upset! 1299 globe fiber internet even i paid for 2months advance my connection is for only 14days since April 27 installed the wifi then yesterday i dont have internet until now! The worst thing is they give me a hotline but is not helping! Is not there of my concern why the wifi is gone! Very much upsetting

The place is too cold fo compfort.secondly, knowing its a sunday, they only had 2 customer service reps on deck.the wait is just too long.they could have categorized concerns that would only take a minute or so to ans.rather ask customer to wait while attending to concern that needs more than 30 mins
to resolve.

Got the 1500peso plan at the Airport. But at 2.5G speeds you can not even use 10% (in 30 days) of your Data Allowance even if you tried. Same story 4 years ago. Don't you ever upgrade your Network? Non to terrible signal at Manila Bay and Baguio as well. Where does all your profits go? Not to Network improvements.

I went in Globe on february 25 to change my simcar and to get the plan999 from my prepaid sim to postpaid as per csr i need to wait within 24hours to activate but untill now its hard to cantact then for follow up.why do i need to follow? Intead i expecting them to call me but now waiting for nothing.

Good afternoon po, update ko lang po ung sa sim ko na niretain nung nakaraan. Sabi ng agent maghintay ako ng 48hrs bago isalpak ang new sim sa cellphone ko but until now wala padin ako na rerecieve na call from globe agent

I arranged for a scheduled appointment at 1: 05 and then 2: 20 PM today for a call assist and in both cases nobody bothered to call. What's the point of setting up this appointment system if Globe will not honor this.

This branch has a very unprofessional staff. If I could give a negative five rating to this branch I will do so. Globe should note that the overwhelming review for this branch is poor

These observations are based on two separate visits at different dates:

First, the staff who served me talked to me as though i as a customer should know know all the products and services that Globe offers.
If they do not have the patience or competence to explain Globe’s products, the company should at least provide a brochure or a list of services on the wall.

Secondly, there is a male staff member in this branch who eavesdropped on both occasions that I visited who reinforced (through his comments and facial expressions) the expectation of the staff who served that I should know the services that the company offers

I felt so uneasy on my second visit as the branch’s security guard was looking at me as though I was a person with bad intent so much so I felt like discontinuing my two mobile wifi services and one mobile phone service.

I will never go back to this branch again

They always make me wait for over 1 hour even I arrive before 5pm on weekday.
Their super slow work reminded me of Sloth in Zootopia.

Sad thing is your super long wait doesn't worth the service.

You need to be ready to waste your precious time, or pass by here before you go to have lunch or dinner around the mall

Went to the globe store to get gcash issue fixed asap. They asked me to talk to a rep on the phone. Had to wait 8 mins to get someone on the phone. Then I was referred to a chat rep on Facebook messenger. What a joke.

I experienced a VERY POOR QUALITY of service. To think, others were saying this branch was okay. I waited for more than an hour just to be served. I was second in line and we were just two that time. I was just applying for additional line. The reason they gave me was they only have 1 store specialist. To think i was already complaining, no one was there to entertain or to at least pacify me. They were not that accommodating and not even helpful. The store manager didn't say or do anything. I had to request for the forms ahead so i could start answering them. Every time i asked for update or other staff to help, they would answer me in not accommodating tone. I went out upset and frustrated. This is not the best globe experience i had! This not the best branch for me. Go and look for another one.
