Overall, the office is too wide, that exceeded my expectations.

There is a museum in the basement.

This is my first ever having pics and shots here at GSIS Building. It was something new. Nice view and ambiance. But what all members are asking for is great service. Soon I will edit once I get a chance to make verifications on my accounts.

There used to be wooden slide here so kids can play while their parents are doing some business inside. A museum is also located here wherein you can see different artworks.

You may use their shuttle going to this place or you can take a taxi or multicab. The place improved a lot and the ticketing system is better especially for payments. Though it's kinda sad that the wooden slide isn't there anymore. I used to play there as a child. There's also a museum here called "GSIS Museo Ng Sining" and the entrance is free. You'll see various artworks and paintings.

It's a big new building. Well- lit and fully air-conditioned inside. Enough chairs to sit for the OGs when they get tired walking around. And water dispensers are at bay, everywhere.

This government agency is so very good. Because of their employee was polite and a pleasant atittude to entertain their client exactly

By far the greatest service we have experienced from a government office. Everyone was so nice. There's also free coffee. Very nice cafeteria and lots of parking space.

Ang ganda ng facilities.linis pa ng mga cr. Friendly staff as well. This is the best gsis branch. Other branch paka susungit ng staff ang dumi pa ng facility.

Had the car insured today.
Came in at around 10-ish and there was already a sizeble crowd inside.
Transacted my business and was told to wait (or have an early lunch) since processing of my documents would take about an hour (+/-)
I got out at 1 pm.
Considering the volume when I got here, 3 hours is not such a bad thing.
Not a bad experience at all.
Just make sure you have all the requirements on hand, AND a few hours to spare, then getting your car insured is a breeze!

This is probably the best govt service office. I came 6: 30am and was greeted nicely by guards and employees. The info center started giving number at 7am and I was finished with my claim before 8am. Went to check on my UMID card very quickly on another section of their office. Even the landbank near them have very efficient staff. GSIS bldg is spacious and with good ambience. Transactions are fast so people do not pool in one section. Best part is an indoor cafe. I am truly satisfied with GSIS.

I have been here in the past and the service was terrible. With the improvements that I saw especially in terms of service, I am impressed.

There are more staff and they are more service-oriented. The place is cleaner now. The CR, too, is more comforting.

Loans too, are easier to follow-up now.

I was promised that my documents will be given a month to process. I will see!

I also had a free shuttle ride to MOA after doing my tasks there at five.

Parking is large but can get full depending on the time of day

Their signage are so big, it will be difficult for you to get lost in doing your transactions. This is so good! And the people are so polite, which is surprising for government employees. And the building is cool and comfortable. The washrooms are clean. And they even provide a ride back to the main street. GSIS, you amaze me!

Just wanna share my unpleasant visit at G. S. I. S.pasay branch.today sept, 15,2017 at around 2: 30 pm.we went inside the office to enroll for the UMID Card cause it's a requirement at work.as we entered there were quite a few people already.we filled out the form and got the number for queue in line.there were 5 counters available.the first 1 was for special releasing.the 2nd & 3rd are for enrollment, the 4th & 5th was for releasing.there were around 15-20 waiting in line for enrollment and some are for follow-up on releasing.there was only one counter out of two who is working while the second one is just sitting down and talking to other staff and using his phone.while the one working would take around 10-15 mins per person he entertains.that is very slow.it was already 4: 30 pm and there manager went out and saw there were many people waiting and there about to close at 5 pm.so they have to send other people to other room and staffs to help out just to finish the job on time.as we were sent to the other room.they received our form and checked it and took a picture it only took around 2 mins at maximum.while the other staffs who we went initially took us 2 hours of waiting and have only served around 8 people.those staff they have were just playing around using there phones and taking with each other.not minding the people they were suppose to serve.hope this kind of behavior on a public agency shouldn't be done.please give consideration to your costumers.we should not wait to long.imagine 2 hours just for enrolling and not that many of people inside.just the gsis workers playing around.

One of the more professional government offices I have interacted with. Lots of quality people here.
