Greenwich

I ordered overload roast beef pizza cream cheese. It was with a piece of fried chicken leg and a small piece of lasagna.
Lasagna was absolutely cold. The fried chicken was under cooked. (can be dangerous). Beef on the top of pizza was very fatty.

Been waiting for almost an hour and a half to get the food that is just 10mins away (car) from my location. I was hungry when I ordered and the waiting time is too much. Better choose other fast food especially if you are hungry already.

This Greenwich pizza doesn't crack up to others in Manila it tends to be very slow with it service and at this one they seem to be a bit light on with their toppings I wouldn't bother coming back to this Greenwich pizza but I do enjoy Greenwich pizzas I would just go to a different store

I quite enjoy Greenwich pizzas but this particular store was a small store and the food quality was rather poor and the pizza even though I had to wait a while to receive it came out and it was only warm.
This is not consistent with other stores I have visited but I certainly would not return to this particular store the food quality and service is substandard

The pizza and pasta of these guys are wonderful. However the chicken pcs could be improved.

I will give you a good reason to check your crews. I've waited for this order for 30 mins.shame on this store calling themselves fast service food chain.

We had our dinner here last night and we ordered their famous Lasagna Supreme Chicken Plate and Wings & Waves. Lasagna, as usual, tasted really good. On the otherhand, the fried chicken in this value meal was so disappointing. It was tasteless, dry, oily and we assumed it was reheated because the chicken skin was no longer crispy.
On the brighter side, we both enjoyed the Wings & Waves. We requested to make the wings spicy and it turned sinfully good! Try this too!

Ambience and customer service were just fine.

Worst Greenwich branch! Utensils were not washed properly. Stains were still present as they served the plates, spoons and forks, as well as the stack bowls. Not to mention, plates smells gross. We returned the plates and it was served to us with stains again. What kind of service was that? ! Not only service was slow, our orders were serve incomplete. Poor management I must say. As an establishment in restaurant and food industry, food handling personnel plays an important role in ensuring that the food we are going to eat is safe.

The plates and glasses were not washed properly. There are still stains and they really smells bad like they were wiped with bad smelling piece of clothes. The management should look into how their dishwashing staffs washed their dishes.
