Two cashier counters but only 1 active, which tends to longer lines. Area is not well airconditioned.

Food served is no longer hot, place is a bit crowded and hot maybe because one aircon unit is not working, i was craving for their chicken coz its one of my favorite among other fast food chix, but i was surprised that it tasted salty

The size for the price of pizza was excellent!
Bought 2 double size and 1 barkada for less than 1000 pesos: was able to feed two kids and three adults with it.

The pizza sauce here in PI is much sweeter and not tangy unlike in the USA. So different taste and size for the price is perfect for budget friendly travelers

This greenwich pizza is not as good as a member of others in metro Manila.

Here the service is a bit slow, and i don't serve your pizza own meals on a tray & but don't even off you a glass of water with you pizza which they do at other stores.

I also found the pizzas here were little light on with the toppings dining to lift the game if they want to k-pop with other greenwich pizza's stores in Manila

This is my nearest Greenwich Go-To branch hahaha! Loved it since the day that I came here for the first time hahaha!

This particular outlet is adjacent to a Jollibee outlet in V. A. Rufino Avenue in Makati City.

Umayus kayo greenwich. Pabagsakan mga quality ng serbisyo niyo. Pabulokan ng style. Malapit na mag sara mga branch niyong panis. Baka kelangan niyo palitan mga staff niyong bokya? Mag meeting kayo sa ikaka asenso ng brand niyo at improve ng mga branch niyong bulok ang management. Pareho kayo ni chowking talaga, paurong ang galawan sa competition.

Turuan niyo tao niyo. Galawang pandemic porke walang customer mashado. Sabaw.

I ordered sa foodpanda at 8: 34pm. Dumating yung rider ng 9: 30pm ngayon lang todo pasensya, kahit sya din daw antagal nag antay don halos 30mins gawa ng pinriority yung mga bagong dumating na grupo na kakain sa store nila, andami na daw naka abang na delivery boy dahil sobrang bagal ng crew. Umay.

the lasagna in the combo meal was not newly baked.halata kasi parang panis na ewan ung lasa, nakalimutan din yata lagyan ng cheese sa ibabaw and the temp of it was cold tapos may sebo na.been craving for lasagna pa nman for how long kaya so disappointed.the chicken was ok bagong luto nman

the other lasagna was fine but not at all satisfying had a taste of it from my mom's.not the best greenwhich branch.

Food is just ok. It is really a "fastfood" pizza pasta restaurant. Serving time and food presentation can be improved.

The place is accessible and surrounded by several restaurants to choose from. This branch is a bit smaller than usual and is loft type. You have to make small movements when you want to sit on them table

Sobrang sungit nung crew na nakausap ko, umorder kami sa food panda, sobrang late na nila nadeliver ung food namin, ang sabi pa sakin sana daw sa susunod direct nlng ako mag order sa kanila.sinabi ko sana inalis nalang nila ang greenwich sa foodpanda kung ganun.tsk gutom kna badtrip kapa

Upon entry there was over 10 staff hanging out in the only seats the aircon covers, playing there phones loadly. We asked for a table and they moved. The amount of staff hanging out in store reduced quite quickly after we took a table from them. Food came and drinks came as expected and the few staff left on duty sat and played there phones loudly. My wife went for more napkins and dispenser was empty. My wife asked a staff member (busy on her phone during her so called 15min break/ at least 40mins) where are the napkins and she told my wife to get them from the drawer and continued with her phone. My wife spoke to the manager. Our table was visited 3 additional x to bring 2nd pizza, more drinks and pasta. No dirty plates were removed from our table, dirty tables throughout the store remained unnoticed and the floor staff got back to playing with there phones as quick as possible. I noticed about 15 mins after speaking to the manager the vibe changed, the in store music started playing and finally we did not have to listen to staff chatting loudly or there phones. Pizza in philipines is terrible in general. However Greenwich is pretty good, just need to get back to traditional tomatoe paste on the base and loose the sugar. Lol. 4 stars removed for management not leading staff and staff clearly not interested in where there salaried come from, "the customer"

Terrible experience coz my bag was stolen inside in this restaurant a victim of LAGLAG BARYA.and when we asking the cctv footage they told us is not working.not safe to eat this place we have traumatic experience coz all the original documents was inside of my bags.is like a nightmare for me and my husband.

Ordered and expected a lasagna. Not a plate of pure pasta sheets. TOO LAME TO BE EVEN WORTHY OF CONSUMPTION; didn't eat no more.

Newly renovated. Although, it's third time this month to see an empty cashier/counter. Was forced to eat at the Jollibee branch next door.

The Greenwich staff in general seems a lot less courteous than the staff before the renovation.

Tardy staff, needs better management. Was waiting for 30mins because they forgot my order. Lady after me had her food sitting on the front desk for 10+mins because they had the order number wrong.
