7Came here early around 7: 30 and done around 2PM. Took them over 1h to serve 1 patient. Is this for real?
It seemed as if I owed the clerk at the gate several million. I don't know what's wrong with his attitude.
The laboratory nurse (dark, chubby) knew where my vein is, but still sting the wrong place with needle to make me feel pain on purpose, and I think they use recycled needles!
Always received very good advices and services from the team of professional doctors and medical support staff. Thank you for keeping me healthy
The reviews now are outdated. I experienced first hand how they handle their customer. It is okay with the level of professionalism and right empathy. I also think why a few are reacting like this because the clinic has alot of customers. The clinic is under new management. It is being upgraded to par with other commercial clinics. Plus this is well located in the financial hub in makati. We are just to picky on how we get our service. If you don't want it then just go to other privider
This place is fill with coperates staff, if you want to get a personal diagnosis the Makati Medical Centre is just across the street. Unless you got a day time willing to wait for the test, and you are willing to wait for the forever busy Doctor (waited 2 hours without seeing a patient went in for consultation). IF you are in any pain or need to see doctors, please go across the street where there are many doctors instead of just 1 here. I've waited 2 and half hours here writing this review, and the clock is still ticking.i think the doctor is gonna ditch us (at least 15 people) as closing time is nearby.
Open 9: 00 in the morning but if u sick and u need a doctor to consult u need to wait till 5pm to 6pm because the doctor will come around that time.
