Shame on you!
By the way, our patient medical test result were all negative. (with proof) not just only suspicion and stupid opinion.

Bakit kailangan pabalik balikin ang pasyente kung pede naman pala gawin agad ng buong araw yung test at result! Paano nga malalayo or katulad kong may lagnat na kailangan magpahinga! Wala ba kayong doctor or OB na pede mag stay hangat may pasyente. Schedule niyo ako 12: 30 tas wala pa yung doctor. Pang limang pasyente pa ako. Nag aapoy na ako ng lagnat.
Very unprofessional. Came in for my 3rd dose of vaccine that was scheduled with them. After almost an hour of waiting, they tell me that the vaccine is out of stock and that I should have reserved. But there was no advise from my previous sessions that I needed to reserve, especially when I made it clear that I would be getting my succeeding shots from them. They should have also checked their inventory and advised during registration if they had stock for the vaccine especially when they know it’s a fast moving item to avoid wasting the patient’s time.
The service is totally incompetent. I unknown if in Philippines work like this way, but surely I believe it's only in this "health" center. I waited for 1hour to have a regular consulation, but they told me that I must see a specialist that will arrive at 11: 30, so I waited for another hour. When the doctor came, they told me that I must wait for another 5 consultations before me. I felt really sick, buy I couldn't stayed beacuase I had to work. Then I asked for an appointment, but they they told me that it was impossible. Apparently, doctors come whenever they want, do not have a schedule. What a pity.
They are lazy to assist in filing a LOA on our HMO even in walking us through on how to do it. At their other branch at the carpark while I'm fixing my issue and figure out how to file my LOA the guard want to send me away. Very unprofessional. I would rather seek medical assistance with other clinics. This is very poor customer service

Terrible service & expensive
Here are some points that i notice today when i did my executive checkup:
- very long lines. Since this clinic is not really just for patients availing the executive checkups
- waited for hrs to get in the exam. The whole checkup took me 9am-3pm
- i didnt feel the perks of being under the executive check up. Lounges are very limited to use and very small.
- nurses arent aware of any test or package that the company/you availed
- some nurses are nice however i experience a nurse pressuring me on one exam
- you have to come back for interpretation of results. They dont offer online interpretation of result for some reason which is a hassle since your going and waiting again
Bad experience to frontline desk officer to nurse attendant, di nila alam yong numbering para sa mga patient. Buti pa yong guard maayos.
Expensive, slow and unsatisfying. Had a medical examination here in order to fill out a medical certificate, resulting in a recommendation to have another x-ray and an uncompleted form. We pay doctors to answer questions, not put extra question marks.
I was queueing for a general practitioner and left without information for 1.5 hours. Nobody take the initiative to explain which doctor i am queueing. The doctor is chit chatting inside her room for long time, leaving 4 patients waiting. I see no sense of urgency. Deeply disappointed, and totally wasted my time. I ended up left the clinic for better service elsewhere.
There was only one GP on shift (the other one has already reached cutoff) and the ONLY GP assigned to the shift DR. MARILOU LINTAG WENT OUT TO MOVE HER CAR WHILE PATIENTS ARE IN LINE! The staff kept calling and apparently could not reach her. There are a lot of patients waiting in line already! We had to leave because we could no longer wait for her.
I went to Healthway Greenbelt for my sickness, and it is very surprising that they charge Medical Certificate P100 on top of free consultation using my Maxicare.
And it is even more surprising that the MC is increasing by P300 now.
I strongly believe that MC is a very normal standard procedure that a doctor must give to patients if need a rest.
Had some requirements that they didn't fulfilled and despite pointing it out several times, they just left me unattended promising they'll get back to me when in reality they just let me wait for nothing.
Some nurses were were nice, but overall the experience was not pleasant.
Ive been going to the GB5 branch for about 5 years now. This is my fam's go-to clinic and we all have records here. This branch historically has fewer people compared to HW Market2. It's clean and i generally get consults right away. Today's visit was horrible tho. Considering it's a local holiday (Apr 10) i thought my visit would be faster. Waited 2.5hrs for a 5-mn talk with the IM doctor. Horrible. 30mns to get assisted by reception, another 2hrs for the actual consult. I usually go to their ENT but he wasnt on duty. I took my chances with IM. I was the 1st in line but the doctor didnt see my file and skipped me, the couple next to me ended up getting examined first and they took 2 hours. 2 HOURS. Crazy. When it was my turn it took 5 mns. I was complaining of throat pain, as it felt very swollen i cant even swallow properly.he took a flashlight and checked my throat and said "well, it's laryngitis, heres the meds, bring this file to the nurse. " No explanation whatsoever of the meaning of my condition, wasnt empathetic that i waited soo long and he basically skipped my file and made me feel like i was a disturbance. Take note i was dizzy and had a headache during time. I also had fever on and off for 4 days. Tsk. This has been my worst doctor experience in this branch and ended up going to another clinic to get a 2nd opinion. My usual ENT wasnt like this.
This was my first time having a COVID-19 swab test and the first time coming into this clinic. The staff are lovely, polite and doing their role as they should. Their Home Service email contact was VERY responsive, as if we're chatting on Messenger. That is a big plus, but the only negative for that is they forgot to put the. PDF attachments when the email they sent itself says "please look at the attachments below" but in the end nothing really big since they sent another email with just the attachments. The staff told me the only way I can see my results is through their Patient Portal website. I emailed their Customer Service and they were OK. They could not answer me on why their Patient Portal is not letting me register. That's the only big downside with this experience. Overall, it's OK. I'd still recommend their services if you only consider my experience as a precaution and what to expect.
I am a foreigner and Healthway is the best hospital here in the phil. Their service is accomodating and fast.
Service - from the guard to the doctor - is superb. There's just a long waiting period but the venue is modern and comfy. Consultation was only P600 with Dr Pagunsan even though she conducted an internal exam on me and she was thorough getting details of my medical history. I thought this place would be expensive considering its location in Greenbelt 5. Highly recommended and will come back again
Sobrang bagal. Isa lang doctor para sa APE. Pero sangkatutak yung mga receptionists. Went there Sep. 13 2018.
