A near comprehensive medical laboratory clinic. Results are sent online and could be picked up the day after. They have a good queueing system. Thr place can get crowded though. Staff are courteous and helpful. They have have doctors for consultation. Since it's located in the Pioneer Center complex, there is ample parking. And if you were fasting, you can take breakfast in the restaurants in the compound.

More than 1 hour waiting, sa Reception pa lang, di naman ganun kadami ung patients jusko disappointing kung pwd zero star binigay ko na eh. Nakakaawa ung ibang tao dito, walang sense of urgency mga empleyado.

I had the best Hi-Precision Diagnostics experience at Pioneer Branch today, 24 April 2023. I always go for Lab exam or Ultrasound and 2D-Echo every time I come home for vacation from Singapore and Hi-Precision Diagnostics is always my first choice for all Lab procedures. Always good service from all their Branches but surprisingly a much BETTER & EXCELLENT Service at PIONEER Branch in Pioneer Centre Bgy Pasig. I called their Branch for a Full Abdomen Ultrasound, and I was told I could come for the procedure at 1: 00pm. I arrived around 12: 15pm and was immediately assisted for registration. They have accommodated me even before my said appointment, finishing the procedure as early as 1: 05pm. My experience became far more better being accommodated immediately by Dra. Justine Joy Fernandez, Sonologist and their in-house General Practitioner, Dra. Fanoga, who provided me a more clearer and better interpretation of my Full Abdomen Ultrasound for my reassurance. Again, my high regard and appreciation for all the staff of Hi-Precision Pioneer Branch, with special mention of their Imaging Staff and their great doctors, Dra. Fanoga and Dra. Fernandez. KUDOS to all of you!

No sense of urgency. Reception takes FOREVER to call out new numbers but theyre chatting and browsing magazines together. Hope they know how to value people’s time.

My APE destination since 2010.early nag oopen 630am and fast transact.yun clinic nila straighforward, hindi ka maliligaw at same floor na lahat ng need mo step by step.kaya naman suki ako sa clinic na to dahil napakadali. Ain addition with parking, accessible, maraming kainan, bpi near the mall.

It was my first time last Wednesday. Staff and doctors who attended to me were very helpful (esp Ms. Liezl who was prompt, thorough, and updated me personally about my schedules and requests). Lots of parking space too!

The staff were very pleasant and helpful. They helped me reach out to my HMO since my procedure was for approval. The process was very quick and organized. There was also a lot of parking so I didn't have trouble leaving my car.

No one assisted me there, bahala ka sa buhay mo. Wala naka station sa receiving area. Iikot ikot ka na di mo alam ang gagawin mo.

Went here for pre-employment medical exam. All the staffs were accomodating. Procedures were explained clearly. Over all experience was smooth.

Could have been better.
I went here for my company-paid APE. Here's my experience:
- I am scheduled at 8AM, arrived at 7: 55AM.
- Asked to fill out a form and then was given a number and asked to wait. It was exactly 8AM.
- Number got called at 8: 34AM
- Went to the X-Ray Imaging area and completed that after waiting for 24mins
- went back to the main waiting area to get my number called for extraction. Completed at 9AM
So far it was relative quick. I am at my last step which is the physical. I thought waiting time is short as well but it took 60 mins, worse, I had to walk up to the station and ask when my turn will be. Apparently I was not in the list for PE. This got me stressed out, but the good thing is I was called 3minutes after. My PE was completed in 5mins.

As for their professionalism, I would say half of them do prioritize their patients and half of them chat or gossip first. I saw one patient asked to take a sit for a while so this doctor and nurse can finish telling their story. Everyone is entitled to take a break but not when you already called in your next patient.

Very professional and efficient. Great location with escalator and plenty of parking. Large waiting area and newspaper are provided.
I visited the place again with my wife who was suffering from throat pain. She was able to see a doctor relatively quick and after taking the prescription the pain disappeared completely in a couple of days. The people there are very helpful and the doctor specifically nice and professional. The doctor's fee is only P800. Amazing!

The whole process was quite slow even if it was not peak hours. Some staff are accommodating but some does not look friendly or approachable. The fact that I'm next on the extraction area, the med-techs were talking about something important but the one assigned to me was more focused on the conversation rather than assisting me first and be careful on injecting the syringe on my arm. I was quite disappointed because this was the third branch of Hi-Precision I went into for my labs, but this was the place I've experienced less attentive personnel. I just hope that they can improve on this especially if they're going to talk about something important, they should know where their attention should be focused first.

Scheduled here for pre-employment medical. They didn’t call me to inform me that the xray machine was not functional so I could resched my appointment so I would not need to go there again. I just completed my PE but told me I will be notified via call when the xray machine is already available. They told me that they will notify the company as well but upon talking to the hr, it seems that they have no idea as they are asking me why I haven’t completed my medical. I waited but no call was received from HP. My start date with the company was moved. I called them and the machine was already working for days. So I went back to complete my xray. 2 days later, to my surprise, they called me asking if I already completed my xray because the company hr was following them up. They are very uncoordinated. They should’ve known what everyday out of work is costing their clients.

Waited 2 hours in queue/pila, needs improvement in queueing system since it is disorganized before you can get a number but the pre employment medical examination is done swiftly around 15 to 20 minutes.

Staff were as quick as can be. It's actually the manual forms that makes things slow. For example, I had to write my name 4 times throughout the process. 1.for getting a number for processing your request; 2.for filing up 2 forms for the actual procedure and 3.for labels on the tests. Other than that, the tests are well-done, efficiently administed and (results) promptly released 10am the following day.

Horrible pre-employment experience. You will have to keep reaching out to them for updates every.step.of.the.way. They probably won't update you even if they found out you were dying. Then they'll tell you maybe you can still make it "kung bilisan mo". Also they referred a specialized doctor for clearance but wouldn't believe the certificate from the doctor and they couldn't be bothered to check and at the end of it all they'll manage to pin the blame on you.

Slow process for an APE request only. Took an hour waiting for blood extraction, only to be informed it was not included (Nurses kept on insisting it was included so I waited. I even requested for follow-up but they just keep on asking me if I was already called without even asking for my name no - duh will I ask if I was called!?). Employees may be nice to patients but they are mostly chit-chatting and using their phones. Seems like there is no urgency and concern to patients' wasted time.

Queuing and ushering systems are unsatisfactory. Even college students can do better. What a waste of time.

Not good, theres no doctors at 12pm. Need to do ultrasound but they said the doctor leaves already. I am bleeding, and i want to check if the baby is ok.its very inconsiderate
