Sales person made an appointment for an estimate on repairing damage, but the person doing the estimates was not here. Waste of an appointment and time.

Update: 08/24/2022: A Customer Service from Honda called for supposed to be a clarification. The CS did not ask for details and instead just talked of the normal template response. CS also no help.and s*cks. Get a better reliable supportive brand out there when buying a car.definitely NOT a Honda. "Sayang lang ang pera. Sakit ng ulo pa. ".

Went to Honda Fairview to have my Honda City checked. Need also to bring CRV but unfortunately, despite of repetitive visit, they were not able to address the issue of the City. Seems like the technicians are just OJT. Scheduled for pickup numerous times both for CRV and City but no one came to pickup and no calls that it will not be picked up. Purely excuses. Bad service, bad attitude and bad customer service. Will never buy a Honda again.

I went to Honda Fairview to order a part needed for my brother's Honda BR-V. As they advised, my order arrived within 7 days. Everyone in the dealership was friendly and courteous and practiced health protocols and social distancing.

Went here for our first and 6th month PMS.service is always good at mababait ang staff. Nagustuhan ko yung work area sa customer lounge para makapag work pa rin while waiting. With free wifi pero it wasn’t working when we were there.

The staff is courteous and its not difficult to set a service appointment. But their service report could be improved by adding greater detail of the work done. Also the quality of their paper for purposes of records keeping could be better. But all in all I give it a.

Security at may isaNg customer na nag fi fill up ng form tas mga ahente kaya yun na paikot ikot lang dun sa taguan nila, siguro na hit na nila quota nila kaya tingin na nila sa amin eh ligaw na laluluwa na lang. Hehehe
