We purchased a Honda City in this branch and we were assisted by their efficient staff. They told us the cars feature and unique selling points. That is ok, when you are about to purchase. Furthermore, you are on your own journey. For maintenance needs, after 1 year, prepare extra budget.

Their staff were really nice and their location is very accessible. Too bad they will no longer be operational starting June 30,2021

This is the worst service experience I ever had with Honda shop. It took me almost 4 hours for a 10k PMS.
At the beginning I asked the service advisor prior of checking in, how long will it take, he said max is 3 hours. ” Dahil madali lang daw “and I had a 10 am.appointment but it’s almost 2pm and I can still see my service unit na naka line up pa.
Another they don’t have a nice waiting area. No T. V, coffee or even water unlike with other service center, so imagine waiting for that long without anything, good thing they have chairs and it’s air condoned.

I am just sharing you this not to experience what I had.and check which branch of Honda Cars service will you go. Stay safe ️

You have to wait an hour or more before you are called even if you are early for your appointment. Maybe, it's because they are in the process of closing the dealership for good.

I love the service here compared to other Honda outlets. Sad it's always expensive having the car serviced here.

I brought my unit in this shop for the schedule PMS was there 930 and finished by almost 5pm.
The service took so long considering it was already pre schedule.

I went to Honda BGC Feb 2017 for preventive maintenance service (PMS). When I went back to retrieve my car, SA Errol told me that there is oil leak. He gave me a quotation of almost 37K for repair. I asked him what happened because I went there without oil leak. Errol gave me a vague explanation. I consulted 2 mechanical engineers. They explained that the staff in Honda BGC must have misaligned the threads when they closed the oil drain plug. I went back to Honda and was attended by SA Jasper. He was honest enough to admit their mistake but refused to shoulder the expense. I talked to their manager Mr. Gabriel. He did not offer an apology but told me they will take care of the problem.
I went to Honda BGC total of 4x. I was not able to work for 5 days because of the repair. Honda was able to finish the repair in April 2017. Two months after what was supposed to be just a PMS. My total bill was 27K! I never went back to Honda BGC again.

Waiting time just to be able to say i'll come back for my car is 1 hour and 20 minutes in the waiting room? SERIOUSLY? If i hadnt asked why the guy who came after me just got served ahead of me, I would've waited even longer. Honda BGC no sense of urgency. Ayusin nyo queue system nyo.

Expensive place to have your car serviced. But it's worth it than going to cheap garage who messed up my car's electricals.

2 stars for Service department - my 2nd time bringing in my car for service and their customer service level is far from standard - there's no sense of urgency. I waited 1 hour just sitting there to pick up my car, not because service isn't complete but because the logistics behind to release my car simply very time consuming. Was told by service advisor that it's with Finance but seriously for the whole full hour? !? !? You can do better than that. Very frustrating experience if you ask me.

Beware! Not fair pricing compare to other honda service center.

One time, i compared the quotation between two honda service center for the same diagnostic procedure. This honda fort quoted me at a shocking price around 11k, while honda makati at 6k.

Poor advice from service advisors, to help you save money on general check up and other procedure.

One of the mechanic dont even know how to clip the car perfume, that ran down to the dashboard and left a bad stain mark on it, But they wont be responsible.

They botched my schedule for PMS which I had set 2 weeks ago but then ended up being classified as a walk in. But while their scheduling unit earned my ire for their seeming inefficiency. I will not be remiss in complimenting the service advisor who handled my car. He handled my "init ng ulo" very well. So Honda BGC.may saving grace pa kayo.

Service takes longer than it ised to a year ago, probably because of increased demand. More staff needed.

I was well attended to by the sales rep and technical team. Price of Honda we were eyeing was comparatively cheaper than the Toyota model offered us. We now have a Honda and quite happy with our choice.

Had the notion Honda BGC was one of the best branches out there in metro manila. BUT i was quite neglected by one of their agents Reginald "Reg" Vargas. Take note, i was already approved by the banks & made some txt/calls for followups & in the end, i got no msg reply & no callbacks. This occurred within a two week period so I ended up asking help from my other car agent (Toyota agent that is.yep. TOYOTA) & he fixed the deal for me at Honda Shaw in no less than 5days. A very disappointing experience indeed at Honda BGC.
