10Great service! Christian Manlapaz, in particular, was very helpful in detailing out the problem & the solution being proposed for my Honda City. He also made sure that I was informed of the repair status along the way. I would definitely go back to them for future service & repairs.
Worst people to deal with.yung guard lang ata ang maayos kausap.walang orcr, wala din nag aasikaso.lahat ng tawagan mo, walang sasagot sayo.
We were to purchase HRV last June. Branch said they have stock, they asked a deposit from us of P5,000.00 to secure the vehicle. We deposited. 3 days later the PO of the bank was released. Then the agent called "naunahan na po kayo". Okay hindi bali. Let's wait.after a month agent called again. Hi mam magdagdag po kayo ng deposit para mauna kayo 20k po. How unprofessional. Parang nasa divisoria lang.
Walang kwentang branch. Pickup of parts that was paid in advance took almost 1 hr. 30mins pina upo ako sa parts wala pumapansin. Basurang branch
Very bad experience with their dealership! After 14 months of waiting finally just got my plate but my unit is already impounded by the HPG. Hopefully it will never happen again with your future costumer.
Super bad after sales. We bought Honda City in March 2021 but until now we have not received the ORCR! Dont buy from this dealership, you would just regret it.
Customer lounge was probably the best of all Honda dealership I've been in.and place is pretty huge.
Too much traffic on service department.i was there at 8am then I was able to get pay for the PM at 6pm despite of advance appointment.
Good service wheb you are there, but you have to call them to followup on your car and whats happening with it or they wont get back to yoi within the day.
