Look for Mailyn Esta if you need an agent. She’s a very capable agent. She was able to provide all reasonable requests as well as on time feedback.

For service center agent, look for Ato, Philip or Camille. Really satisfied with their assistance. They recommend precedures to add or remove depending on the conditions of the car. They do not simply follow what os required by the booklet.

The technicians are very thorough in the maintenance of the car and they treat the unit like their own. Ma'am Aimee was very accomodating and Service Advisor Sir Dante explained in detail the process that it will undergo. The car was very well taken cared of at Honda Otis, Manila. Well done!

I always have great experience with this dealership. Camille was very responsive with scheduling concerns and my Service Advisor Dan P.is very transparent with the wait time so I was able to make the necessary adjustments the last time I was there for my PMS. Also, the pricing was reasonable I didn't feel like being robbed in broad daylight:) Keep it up!

Poor communication.

The staff CONFIRMED AND PROMISED that the service of our car would be done by a certain time, then come lunch time, suddenly tells us nonchalantly that it would take more time.

Don't lie! If you cant tell how long the service will take, please tell the customer at the beginning so that we dont have to waste our time waiting and expecting that it will be done by the time promised. If he could have said earlier that it would be done in the afternoon, then we couldve just left and go back in the afternoon, instead of sitting there waiting for nothing!

Great customer service and experience! 2nd time to have my Honda Civic undergo its PMS. I like it that they have a car jockey that picks up the car and deliver it after. Not wasting my time waiting for the PMS, and instead be productive at work. Bill settlement is via RCBC online transfer. Customer associate Aimee was helpful throughout the process from scheduling to delivery. They thoroughly checked the car and since it is almost 2 years, they recommended I change battery before it dies on me. Overall, Honda Cars of House of Investment is a great dealership who knows how to take care of its customers!

Love visiting Honda Service Center in Otis. This is my choice of branch for any servicing required for my car. All of the staff are very accommodating and they would inform you beforehand your appointment schedule. You can also chill and work at their office while waiting for your car. Kudos also to Sir Ato and Miss Camille for your exceptional customer service via online and F2F.

What makes Honda Cars Manila great is their service. All their staff are polite and accommodating. I lived in Cavite but opted to choose HCM despite of the distance is due to their EXCELLENT service. I had my cars serviced at HCM for 10 years now. Thanks HCM and more power!

Having my unit serviced here for several years now, and even bought a unit a few years ago. Way better than Honda Makati.

Hindi madali makakita ng maayos na casa pero we are fortunate that we found out about the excellent services of Honda Cars Manila (Otis). Taga-Paranaque kami pero dito kami nagpapa-service dahil sa mga magagaling, honest, helpful at praktikal na mga staff, special mention kay Sir Dante at Sir Ross. You are getting your money’s worth. This is our goto place for our car's pms for 5 years now because of their excellent service. Their service advisors are helpful and knowledgeable.

They have a waiting place and a free coffee or juice for client. But the service is slow. I jist went there to buy an aircon filter and cabin filter but it took me more than an hour to finish my order, they are open monday to aunday 8-5pm staff are accomadating and friendly.

Service is very good
Everytime ive checked-in for pms, mechanic always leave minor scratches on my tint.
Price a little higher.
