14Dropped by 1st hour of opening. Not crowded. In fact, no one else was looking at the showroom. So it was the best time when the staff are still in their best mood to serve you. The sales agent handled well all the prospective clients queries and much more. Drive test was satisfactory. Surely it will get a positive result!
It's not that this shop is bad, but since Honda has withdrawn from the Philippines, I won't be buying Honda cars anymore.
Had my fuel pump replaced with no hassle. Took 2 hrs and another hour before release. Accomodating staff and friendly security
Worst Honda Dealership so far. Worst customer care so far. Very slow service. Very slow internet. No cellular signal.

Super bait ng staffs. They let us use their place to have a seminar for new Honda Brv owners. They even let us do test drive with their available units. (Civic and HRV).

From the inquiry to delivery (which we did through online, Daniel in Makati, we in CDO City), Daniel was impressive, honest and down-to-earth, even when he was sick. He’s got a marvelous character. HUWAG po kayo magtitiwala kay JENNY MAGNO very rude and unprofessional na empleyado yan kasi pinapaasa niya ang mga kliyente kaya tuloy naghihintay sa wala, binalewala pa at inabuso ang kanyang trabaho dahil kay JENNY MAGNO.
Pero ung ibang employees and staff mabait naman po sila.
I went here due to a recommendation from a friend I met in a car group.
The place is big, and cold BUT if you are expecting any amenities for waiting customers, there isn't any. No water, no coffee, no juice, no biscuits, and no cafeteria. If you go here, make sure you bring your own food and water.
The staff are nice to talk to and welcoming, the SA and front desks anyway.
I brought my 2021 City RS here for her 1,000km PMS. I was scheduled at 11 AM, and I was there by 10: 40AM. Here is when the nightmare starts. My car is for 1k PMS only, so no replacements will be done, they will only check the car up and top up fluids maybe and I asked for my headlights to be adjusted because the default setting is a bit too low for me.
For 1k PMS and an adjustment of headlight, it took me from 10: 40AM to 2: 30 pm (total of more than 3 hours) to finish. They told me that my right headlight has a defect and can't be adjusted and told me to bring my car back to the dealership I bought it from; which was too far from me btw. So I called my car's original dealership's service agent and asked what to do. Here's the suprise, she told me that I can avail of the warranty to have it fixed by ANY honda dealership, ANY.
Nakakagalit lang ng sobra, to have your car's 1k PMS (basic PMS) to last for 3 hours tapos pwede naman pala nila ayusin doon yung headlight defect availing of my warranty e hindi pa nila inayos or nagkusa man lang.
This Casa fails to make their waiting customers comfortable dahil kahit tubig wala, at wala man lang malasakit itrabaho yung sasakyan mo. Ipapasa pa sa ibang casa, pwede naman pala sila gumawa non.
2 stars kasi one for cold environment, and another one para sa malinis na CR.
Basic PMS 10k should be completed just 1 to 2 hrs, but it took 4hrs to complete. SA blamed the system for being slow.

There's a good amount of vehicles and variants on display with the staff very attentive to assist you. The only concern I had was that the service related staff were few and it wasn't clear how to queue up or who was next.
