Their customer lounge is a great place to stay whenever you have time to kill during a periodic maintenance. The representatives and advisors are knowledgable about their products and services (shout out to Sir Raymond for the best services), and the technicians are all swift and organized. Have not yet experienced problems in the nearly 5 years we've owned a vehicle under Honda.

For repair of a scratch at the lower portion of front right fender but before the schedule, the vehicle got a small dent from the same fender, and I was asked for another claim or another charge. This is with all the delay to wait for another approval, to go back in the queuing of repair schedule. Just to feedback that it is different from my experience at Nissan Marilao, similar situation and all of the small dent and minor damage at the same part or same panel is already taken care of.this is in one claim or charge.
Great service. The cost of transmission and suspension repair done on our 2010 Honda City was competitive and the communication with the service staff was smooth and professional. Nawala na yung kalampag at bumalik na yung hatak. They even flagged the weak battery that needed replacement soon.
I couldn’t say the same thing with Motech as they botched a service which ruined the transmission. They also didn’t recommend replacing the suspension and dampers which was causing the clunking noise. I guess their mechanics are not being properly trained by TESDA as they claim it to be.
