Very BAD experience with the branch. The manager/supervisor Mr. Anthony was very responsive. But, they never run out of excuses about the unit that I had reserved. They don't want to sell their ADV160 for cash and they only prioritize installment purchases since of course they'll make more money that way. I filed a formal complaint at DTI and there was a scheduled mediation between us. On the day of mediation meeting Mr. Anthony called me and told me that they already have the unit available and I can pick it up. Naturally I cancelled the mediation meeting and informed DTI that the dealer had already agreed to sell me the unit. A few minutes after cancelling the meeting, the manager called me again informing me that the unit had a problem and there was a leak in the coolant so they can't sell it to me. So they had to return it to the factory to have it replaced. This happened to 2 months ago and I'm still waiting for the replacement unit.
I got my frst bike from this honda outlet and i just wanna ask if i can get another 1 for a 3 yr installment plan. I cant reach the cellphone number that is posted.please give me an update if i should undergo the same process.
Worst Honda shop ever. Napaka sungit ng staffs. During ECQ I did my best effort to reach them through facebook and they didn't replied but only seen my messages. Ako na nga mangungilit magbayad di ka asikasuhin. Kasi dun sila kikita, para magkaroon ka ng overdue charge. If you ever want to buy a Honda motorcycle - Don't buy ay Honda San Juan
Good prices but store is a bit small, not all bikes are availble, by order basis, staffs are accomodating and you get wat you asked for, a bit hot for the place its quite like a sauna during midday, place is accessible and not too traffic or crowded here.does sales, service and parts here
