Hospital of the Infant Jesus reviews
7 Last June 9 was my surgery (Total thyroidectomy) and never syang naging mahirap sakin because of this Hospital. They are welcoming, sa admitting section pa lang. Kakausapin ka nila with respect and professionalism. Even the nurses, laging naka smile, lalo na si Nurse Mica. And aalagaan ka talaga nila ng maayos.
Pasasalamat din sa magaling nilang mga doctor, lalo na si Dr. Frederick Fernandez. Hands on, magaling and hindi mahirap kausap. Laging willing magresponse. Thumbs up and deserved nila ang 5.
Thank you HIJMC!
The service is good. The personnel and doctors are accommodating. They handle patients quite well. The servings of food for patients are also sufficient. They accept HMO's. The parking area is located one block away from the actual hospital so it is better to drop off the patient before proceeding to the parking area.
Be ready for the traffic in going here as it is located along a very busy street.
The Medical staff down to the utility personnel were all nice. Very responsive especially late nights. Value for money. Processes were also fast and efficient. Especial mention to Dr. F. Fernandez (ENT- HES) Thank you, doc.
It doesn't make sense to make patients wait in the afternoon sun, outside of the ER area, when they asked to be given emergency attention. Sid not even offer a seat, you just have to stand there, no apologies.
The hospital is near my residence, the medical staff are competent in their duties and responsibilities
It's a good hospital, very accessible to bkth private and public utility vehicles although parking is a problem. My family members has been admitted to this hospital multiple times before and I can say that the solo rooms are good. I was just recently admitted but thete are no single rooms available so I ended up in a ward for four people. It's okay but the beds are dated and lowering the bed's railings is difficult to do because it's a pull down type and the space is limited. There is only one toilet, the other one is a bath which I think is unnecessary because as long as there is a pail and tabo, we can take a bath. The light switch should be rewired since there are three lights and only two switches, not everyone likes it bright specially when resting. Ac is good and there's hot and cold mineral water available in the hallway. In wards, there are only chairs for the companions unlike in solo rooms where they have their own bed. There are closets with no locks and a small side table. The nurses' response needs improvement, the emergency call button is never answered in the nurse's station. It's a hassle and takes a long time to get discharged. The cellular signal in the rooms is terrible that I have a difficult time calling and texting.
