17 I have left a message above and very concerned about this matter. I am 79 years old and given a great deal of money to this person Joan Mundal Jamizon over a long period of time! I was told that her bank (HSBC) had refused her access to ANY of her money for literally years since the Will of her aunt was granted her.But she has, according to her, been forced to live on the streets refusing her access to the money owing her!! She has had me to pay for her living costs now for about 19 years, which I could manage initially but lately become impossible. I have told her all I want repaying is the money I have sent her over the years amounting up to 10 million pesos. Apparently the money from the WILL is worth about 18 billion Pesos!!!! Altogether she owes me a total of 68 million pesos as I bought her family a property for £5000 valued at 50 million pesos as it turned out to have great deal of land attached to it so she said (in one of her more generous moods!!) that she will give me the value of this property, she wouldn't even notice the money missing!!!
I am very concerned at her attitude now despite her growing investment she doesn't seem to like this money going to me!! And has tried many ways to deprive me of her promise!!!! I am 79 years old abd live on a State Pension!! And can hardly get enough to live on especially having to pay so much to Ms Jamizon as I was in effect paying for her to live for nothing!!!
Proof of all I say can be checked by contacting my bank here in the UK!
I have been supporting someone who says the bank has refused her access to her account! I find this very hard to believe but have had to accept this for now.
The bank she says is trying to open a new account called "direct access" accounts where only a PIN number and Username is required to send money owed me direct to my HSBC account here in the UK. This seems very unlikely but have gone along with it up to now but in trying to set this up the bank are stating that initially I had to pay 2000 pesos the a further and now 3500 pesos! I contacted my HSBC BANK IN THE UK and was told them but they have never heard of this!
I WOULD LIKE SOME CLARIFICATION OF THIS please. Is this genuine ir is it a scam? THIS PERSON HAS TAKEN A GREAT DEAL OF MONEY FROM ME DESPITE HER STORY THAT SHE HAS BEEN LEFT MONEY IN A WILL BUT THE BANK REFUSED TO LET HER ACCESS IT. Slow process, unprofessional service. Come to deposit, the counter ask the question look like checking criminal? What the hell premier bank?
Very slow! ! Invincible slow! ! Even on the 1st, it takes more than an hour to complete the process! Persuade!
Waited 35 minutes as a senior just to check card renewal. Left before anybody could be bothered to see me. Staff only interested in commission.
Ridiculous, horrible. Slower than anything I've ever seen. Also completely useless over the phone (for which waiting time is around 1 hour). Useless over Facebook and their website chat.

Premier Account should queue up more than 1 hour. Even you have appointment with manager before, they will give u a sudden notice about their absence.
Nothing benefit even u as a premier! Deposit can be waiting queue for 3 hours! Wasting your time
Need to increase the number of window staff and work efficiency, and try to control the waiting time within 15 minutes.

Premier account but waited for more than 2hours to deposit. Service is very slow, barely any workers in the teller and whenever I ask one of the teller why is it so slow they acted like they didn’t wanna answer me and told me to just wait. What the actual hell!
I like the bank and the online system. But I really don’t like the looong wait every time I have to deposit/withdraw. Premier customer has no advantages.
No interest on your savings, you can get up to 4% with other banks like metro which is a big difference.
Update:
Asked my premier account manager for assistance to avoid this problem in future, and all I got in return was a reply to a completely different issue. Zero Responce to the issue and no solution to the problem.
I would think twice before you do the same mistake as me signing up with HSBC Philippines.
Take your money elsewhere as the "premier" service I've experienced here was an absolute joke. RMs are unmotivated and unwilling to help.
Very bad service. Everything has to be done in person no matter what dispute the pandemic. DO NOT USE THIS BANK.

Working in Makati my UK card was damaged and needed an emergency cash withdrawal.
