You still have to pay 40.00 per hour for parking on the street because the stingy guard will not allow you to park in the basement even if there is still a vacancy and you are an employee of the building or you have something to deliver.

Just had my medical check up last January (birthday gift voucher) the place is tidy, i only seen a few clients. Staff are accommodating. Equipments are well maintained. I would like to go back again if given a voucher.
