The nurses and doctors are transparent, accomodating, friendly and well-mannered regardless how hard their responsibilities are. They prioritized my dad and uncle we they were confined then. This hospital are really recommendable.

Orthopedic opd! How rude and unprofessional your doctors is! Feeling intitled.they make you wait for the whole day just to say my doctor didnt show up! And telling me " mag complain ka nalang" Ang kakapal! If there's a zero i'll rate it as zero.poor service, lack of emphaty!

I don't ever complain but this hospital has disappointed me way too much! When my brother was diagnosed with hemo and was waiting for someone to give/help him get oxygen yet no nurses/doctors did! No one! The reason was "COVID-19 is strong you should go back home" like why? A person dying and you have the guts to say that? To make us go home. I never filed cases, since those we're immature nurses who probably just graduated! And I don't wanna ruin their lives! But I hope you actually change your doctors and nurses because almost quarter of them are just careless and show negligence, I won't forget my brothers death. Not only we waited 6 HOURS but those hours you couldn't even do something? I'm so disappointed because he could've been able to get help as soon as possible, I try to heal, but it's so sickening how in those 6 hours, no one did something until he finally lost his oxygen. I hope it doesn't happen again. Because it's very unprofessional. They only helped when my brother died. It pains me alot how long it takes to take simple actions.

Patient has stomach pain and cant barely walk.
Checkup and testing results took months June 2022 to May 2023 and still waiting to be CT Scan on August?

March 19,2023. I had miscarriage i went here March 18,2023 they say my cervix there no medicine for opening cervix. Second time i went here for transV ultrasound since it was sunday no hospital or clinic to do this laboratory.this is big hospital so i went here. But sadly the duty staff in oB department emergency is to damn masungit mataray wla respeto kumausp sa pasyente. Shoutout syo d ko na vedio o nakuha namin tomboy sya or what short hair with glasses speaking english.afternoon we went again emergency sumasakit na puson ko dinudugo na ako then still this staff is on duty. Still she un mannered to patient whose suffer from pain. Shoutout to you and to all staff and management of this Hospital.treat your patients right especially those emergency patients. Hospital kayp emergency section ayusin nyo kumausap ng pasyente kung pagof kayo kkamilktea jan sa kinauupuan mo wag ka magsunggit at kausapin mo maayos pasyente my emergency.

Too many patient, people, this is tough times for everyone, most infigent people getting treatment are from the provinces.

In my experience from nanganak Ako, naoperahan Ako at nasurgery asawa ko, I feel safe kapag sa Jose Reyes, mababait at maingat sila sa.pasyente, Hindi natin maiaalis na may mga nurse and doctor tlga na walang pakialam, nagpapasalamat Ako dahil Ang mga humawak sa Amin mababait, mahirap lng din kami, but still inasikaso nila kami Ng maayos, Isa lng ung nurse dun sa ward Ng mga nanganak, ooperahan Ako nun, Mali pagtanggal niya Ng swero ndi niya tinanggal Ng maayos ati mali pagkakaswero, Sabi nung Doctor sa kukuha Ng dugo ko pra sa.hyperthyroidism ko Patay na ung ugat ko SA SA may braso ko, Kya pla Wala Ng lakas braso ko at madali Ng mangalay, Isa lng un, ung nurse but all na humawak sa Amin they are very professional, mabait, pasensyoso, at maasikaso sa.pasyente.

NAKAKADISAPOINT SI DOKTORA DIRDA SALVADOR NG OB ONCOLOGY VERY INSENSITIVE SA MGA SINASABI SA MGA PATIENT. KUNG PWEDE LANG SIYA IREPORT SA PINAKAMATAAS SA OSPITAL. KAWAWA ANG MGA PATIENT SAYU DOK SANA HINKA MAGKASAKIT NG CANCER OR KAHIT ISA SA PAMILYA MO IN THE FUTURE. VERY UNPROFFESIONAL THE WAY SHE TALKS WALANG PUSO

Shame on you! You know the condition of patient is very lethal that is why you are forcing us to sign the waiver, that if bad happens you are no longer hold accountability! Before beingseen by a Doctor/ specialist, you need to book an appointment via their Telekonsulta thru Messenger but interestingly, they never reply back to you. In PH if you are poor and needs medical attention, the waiting time before you get treated is much more lethal than the illness itself. The system is setup so that your condition gets worse before you receive any help.

I'M OBEYING THE LAWS BY PAYING MY EXACT TAX REGULARLY.

THE TWO CEILING FANS AT WAITING AREA ALLOTTED FIR OPD PATIENTS ARE OFF, AS ONLY ONE FAN IS FUNCTIONING.

MANY PHYSICIANS ARE ASSIGNED IN ENT CENTER HOWEVER, IT SEEMS THAT THEY'RE JUST HORSE PLAYING WITH TIME, AND SNOBBISHED.
SOME CENTER LIKE THE EYE CENTER, THEIR PHYSICIANS ARE PRO-ACTIVE AS WELL AS THEIR INTERNS, UNFORTUNATELY THE ENT CENTER PHYSICIANS MOSTLY ARE JUST WASTING OF TIME.

AS MOST OPD PATIENTS WERE STARVING-TO-DEATH WAITING TO BE CALLED.

Very Poor Public Services and Snobbished of On-Duty Physicians especially at ENT CENTER.
Waiting time from 4am until almost 4pm now. Still serving very slow and letting OPD patients takes longer and longer time of waiting

No place for patient visitor to stay not allowed even one to the patient bed, no available medicine for the patient they need to buy outsidei thought government hospital have the supplies of medicine especially for the poor family. I know someone who admitted as dengue patient they have to buy the medication outside because that hospital don't have it so if you are poor and don't have the money your patient will die for Dengue what a shame

Grabe morethan 5hours na kami nag hihintay sa emergency check up sobrang bagal hinang hina na ako wala padin nag aassist after 5hours sasabibing umuwi na kami wala ng doctor, pinaghintay niyo kami ng matagal tapos wala rin kaming mapapala. Hindi ma kayo makatao.

Congested facility, Dinala ko ang mama ko dito kasi stroke hindi ko alam kung intern or ewan. Nakausap ang dra. Bla blah. Antagal nag BP na etc. Alam na nilang tumataas ung BP ni mama hndi pa sila nagbigay ng paunang lunas. Wala daw kaseng CT scan so hndi maasikaso. At akay akay ko lang si mama dahil wala ng buhay ung kalahati nyang body. Wala silang pakilam sa mga pasyente kaya gumawa ko ng paraan para magmakaawa ng wheelchair at un wheelchair na un ay pag aari pa ng patient din so grabe wala silang mga equipment. Puro usap ang mga dr. Blah blah. Nagdecide nako ilipat si mama sa other hospital at sabi ng dr. Hndi sana magkakaganun si mama kung nabigyan lang ng agarang paunang lunas.

Thank you so much to all surgeon's Doctor's nurses social services who attended to my grand child to help me last May 13th 2022 all of you are so kind helpful and again for another operation scheduled to come by May God almighty protect and guide her through the process of getting her back home from the hospital. God will be bless you all Doctor's and nurses and others. Thank you and God bless to all of us!

Kung pde zero star deserve nitong hospital nato sobrang tagal wag kayong mag papacheck up o mag papa gamot dito.simula kaming 7: 00am dito 3: 00pm na di pa kami tinatawag kaya kung dito kayo magpapagamot mag dala na kayo mga essentials tulad ng damit, pag kain, clip fan, unan at kumot baka abotan pa kayo ng umaga meron na ngang na tutulog dito sa waiting area.
