Maraming salamat sa pag renew ng aking Driver license. Maayos, mabilis, approachable ang mga officer's o employees, and maaliwalas ang environment hindi crowded.
Mabagal processing at daming mali, hndi nila nilagay Yung contact person ko sa License ID ko for Incase of emergency. Samanta nag fill-up Naman ako
Slow processing, nakaka awa un mga matatandang ng rerenew ng registration dahil may online process na ggwin sa LTMS portal which is di familiar gawin ng mga may edad na at walang mga cellphone na may internet. Sana may officer or liason sila na ilagay sa labas pra mag assist since ung guard lng ang pede pagtanungan at di rin sya marunong kaya lalong ngtatagal un mga tao imbis magbabayad na lang.

Wala kayong kwenta magserbisyo! Di nyo iniisip hirap ng mga kumukuha sa inyo ng lisensya! Pinag iintay nyo ng matagal tapos papabalikin nyo lang pala kinabukasan! Kung may -1000 dito yun ang grade ko sa inyo!
Today around quarter to 4pm, I go to this place to secure a duplicate copy of my lost drivers license. I bring all the requirements stated in their website. Affidavit of Lost - Notarized, Duly Accomplished Form downloaded from their website and a photocopy of my Valid IDs. I proceed to help desk for assistance since the guard pointing me to go there for the process. When I was there the guy in the help desk told me that they dont have a duplicate transaction for a lost drivers license coz their printer was over heated due to many transactions for today. Really? Seriously LTO Caloocan? Over heat? And advise me to come back tom. I told the guy that i am only free today coz of my work.and I am coming from makati, just happen that I am always in caloocan every monday.they guy told me that they need to print my drivers license in their system in a piece of paper.what for? If for their internal transaction, then its not my prob.they can print it on the following day. My point is, why dont they accept my application then at least i have an OR for my duplicate DL and I just come back when my ID is ok. I dont know whats wrong with them or if its really true that their printer got prob then they should put a signage that they cant process such application.why they still process new application? And I can hear the printers sound.or maybe they dont want to process my application coz they cant get money from me since its just reprinting my ID coz they are all busy with the transactions to the other people. I am so pissed off with their service and stupid alibis. I hope the top management will see this.
