Land Transportation Office

LTO in Tayuman was temporarily closed as of this writing. Parking attendants informed me that LTO transferred temporarily at JT Mall in FUGOSO St cor Felix Huertas St. Fast transaction. Employees are approachable. Xerox/Copy services can be found nearby, besides the mall area. Seats are everywhere. Be sure to go there with complete requirements. For me, I renewed my driver's license, Change name (married) and also change address. Bring Certificate of Marriage for change name (for married ladies), unfortunately, hindi napalitan address ko dahil need nila diumano ng Brgy Clearance or Proof of billing to verify address.in my case, i renewed my driver's license, and change my surname.for renewal youll need:
Old driver's license
Medical (P500 as of this writing)
CDE passed marking (can be taken online in LTO portal)

for change name/surname:
Certificate of Marriage

for Change address:
Brgy Clearance / Proof of Billing

Processed mine a few years ago. Arrived in the morning. Got my license 10pm, yes 10pm.
Employees sideline as fixers too as I witnessed one in action.

Worst LTO kunyare bubulungan ka ng mga staff padagdag bayad para mabilis pero mauuna pa matapos mga nakapila sayo sayang pera at panahon sa branch nato unprofessional mga staff halatadong pera ang galawan sana masilip to at sibakin mga naniningil ipapalagay sa sobre ipapaabot sa driving keme.ina nyo.

Compare to the past, the LTO in tayuman station has already improved a lot! Still no parking. (they block a street then use it as parking and charge about 30 pesos) The service was much better compare to few years ago, but still have plenty of room for improvement.

Maybe this is the worst LTO branch, very unprofessional I have worst experience here, ang tagal Kong nag intay Kung kailan matatawag pangalan ko, napakabagal pa, mga bulok sistema nila dito ang daming nagiintay sa upuan yung mga officer Lalo na yung matanda dun sa Student's permit window ang bagal bobo pa mag type sa computer bulok din kasi Yung computer! Tapos Yung cashier dun panay bilang ng pera hindi muna asikasuhin yung mga aplikante. Grabe wag na wag kayong pupunta dito. #LTO #LandTransportationOffice

After 12pm their system goes offline.it took me 1 week just to get my license because they always have this excuse of the system being offline. Imagine being there for almost 4 hrs and going home with nothing.lame excuse for a governmet agency

It took me 5 hours to get my license. Interior and exterior wise the place is not that cramped, all is in order. What they lack is the space and chairs for the people, some of their equipment are outdated but still they can process a lot and efficiently. What I don't like is that their medical is outside of LTO and expensive.

Tried first time LTO online appointment system - worth it. Got my renewed non pro license under 30 minutes - 28 to be exact!

Went here for the original OR/CR. So far experience was smooth and some staff are accommodating. No parking inside, you park across the street and pay any amount to the barker over there.
