Such a refreshing experience that this government office has very professional and courteous personnel. Parking may be limited though. The facilities have been improved as well.

Very smooth transaction. Make sure to bring your own pen and at least 2,000 pesos cash. Give yourself 1 hour depende sa dami ng tao. I arrived 8: 45am and finished around 9: 15am (Sep. 15,2022)

1. Take the online exam before you even go to LTO.

2. Go to the medical facility. Katapat ng LTO for height, weight and visual exams. Pay 500 pesos.

3. Go to window 2A. Give the medical result, online exam result and old ID. They will give you a form to fill out.

4. Go to window 3. Submit the forms.

5. You'll be asked to go to window 11 for payment. Pay 585 pesos.

6. Go to window 4 for biometrics. I was asked if I wanted to re-use my old photo and signature and I said yes.wait for about 2minutes and new ID is released.

** Depending kung ilang years ang ma aapprove but for the 10-yr validity, you will be asked to re-take the medical test on a certain year for updating purposes.

Hassle Fee Experience Dito. Ang bait and maayos din lahat ng kausap ko and nag-assist. The problem lang is the parking. They have a parking lot in front of LTO office and you have to pay Php 50. Ayaw kasi magpapark dun sa commercial building sa gilid na may 7-eleven.
Here's my breakdown of fees:
Emission Test = 500
Insurance = 900
LTO renewal = 2500 (with late penalty)

Quick run through of the steps on how to get a car registration renewal para di kayo mascam and you can do it yourself pero parang wala naman dun, since everything went smoothly for us.

1) Approached LTO officer and told them na magpaparenew ako ng car registration. Showed them my ORCR. Pinapark ako ni Kuya sa small eskinita malapit sa office and nagfill-up sya ng form.
2) Went to an Insurance Company office and paid the fees. (Along the main road lang to katapat mismo ng LTO)
3) Emission Testing.
*Need mo maaga dito kundi baka after lunch ka na babalik. Around 9: 45 am ako pumunta pero after lunch na daw sched ko sa dami ng naka line up. Went back around 1 pm and ako na agad next. Around 15 to 30 minutes to.
4) Went back to LTO and showed them my Insurance papers, and Emission Test results, they filled up the form again and then diretso na sa office nila sa loob.
5) Iniwan ko yung papers ko Kay Kuya sa loob and waited for my name to be called.
6) Payment of the Fees.
*Natuwa ako dito kasi kahit matatanda di maiinit ulo nila, unlike my other experiences sa mga government offices.
7) Sa Next Window after the Cashier, kukunin lang nila form mo and you can finally leave with your updated ORCR! Yehey

I usually renew my license here for the past 3 renewals because of my 30-minute transaction experience. I've just had mine just now. There's been some changes due to the ongoing pandemic but relatively the setup is okay.

1. Parking. There's no parking along or inside the compound so i looked for an establishment nearby. About 30 steps down, there's a pharmacy. I bought medicine so i have a reason to park there. Besides i thought it would only take 30 minutes of the time.

2. Medical. I asked the vendors outside the LTO Office. They point me to the adjacent Precision Medical for my medical examination. The doctor there is good. He told me about my pre existing condition and gave advice. Nice! I paid P500.00.3. Proceed to W2. I did not pay attention to the details but the Office there marked my paper at 1: 01 PM. Maybe it was for the verification of my paper.

4. Proceed to W1. I should be the one to upload or confirm my medical certificate and open my LTO Portal Account to continue my application, but i wasn't able to so i filled up the usual form for transaction. Then gave the same to the very respectful Officer at W1.5. After a while, she instructed me to proceed to W11, Cashier, sit down for a while and when i was called, then paid P585.00.6. I proceeded to W4 for my pictorial hehe, and fingerprints. The officer asked me if i want to keep my photo and signature. I told her that i want my new photo because i thought my license IDs are my growing old photo hehehe. From younger one in college up to the present.

7. Then the officer at W4 gave me my license at 1: 28 PM.

Success!

It was the fastest renewal I have done. I think I was able to get my drivers license card within 30 mins. I even change my picture to a new one. I'm just not sure if all types of expired license can be renewed to P. Tuazon branch bcoz mine starts at N0-but my Step father starts at M and was ask to go to the main office.

It was my first time to renew my car registration. I searched for a good LTO and found this office having 4.3 stars.

When I got here the guards approached me and ask my purpose; To renew my car registration. One of the staff guided me through the process:

1. Emission test - it was just on the other side of the road, maybe 20 steps away. It’s where they let me park my car too.

2. Insurance - just another 20 steps away

3. Stencil - the staff who guided me performed the process

4. Payment - the staff who guided me wrote all the details needed in a form then have it signed also then pointed me to the the transaction process.

5. Stickers - after payment, they gave me the new OR with stickers.

All of the staffs are nice, the guards too and thanks to the staff who guided me also! I gave him a tip after the process.

It took me just 30 mins to renew car registration. I got there early at 8AM Tuesday.

Summary of my cost are:
1. Emission test - P415
2. Insurance - P900
3. Registration - P2,700

The registration fee varies depending on your car, mine is Honda Civic (Sedan type). I renewed my cars registration 4 weeks late so they charge me P800. I guess that’s P200 for every week late, though it might cost higher if you’re more than a month late. If I am not late, that would just cost me P1.9k for registration cost.

All in all the service was great! I will rate this office 5 stars! And come back to this office again next year!

Staff are helpful and keeps the order quite efficiently. They're also accommodating to any questions you might have.
I'm only giving 4* though because some of them aren't wearing a face mask or it's pulled down their chin.

Filing for a student permit took me more than an hour. The waiting area is airconditioned though. So it's really more of a waiting game.

At the time I was there, the queue is quite fast moving, but it varies on the daily influx of registrants; no lunch break.

This March seems this branch retains a its fast service, but what I heard that this LTO branch will transfer to Centris Mall in Quezon Avenue and Edsa, Quezon City.

Done submitting files para sa transfer of ownership. Make sure lang complete papel nio. Pag na stencil na pupunta kyo sa another pila for checking ng documents. Tpos pag ok na ibgay mo cp no. Mo para twagan ka nila for releasing ng new CR mo. Hindi mo makukuha same day yun CR with your new name. They will call you, kase sobrang dami ng nag papa change ownership. Goodluck to all and ride safe.
