71 C'mon landers! After filling up gas with your promotional coupon, I decided to shop around TO SUPPORT your store. Since S&r, which is much easier to get to for me and for most, had just recently opened and I'm SURE will affect you even more!
Right after parking and before getting into your store, I saw a milk tea shop and decided to get a drink.again, mostly to support the stores around, since there was hardly anyone around!
I was surprised to be advised by your guard that my tightly - sealed drink was not allowed in the Landers! Again, c'mon! Seriously? Such a ridiculous rule your store has! Unless you give free renewals for membership, I guess I'll be switching back to S&R when my membership expires mid this year.
Ordered pizza via Central Delivery (affiliate company of Landers). The order was tagged delivered but we received nothing. You're better off with S&R and not this swindler.
After doing our grocery, we decided to order pizzas for take out. We ordered at around 12: 10pm. It is 1: 30 pm and still NO pizzas!
Worst customer service ever.
Delivery is late and incomplete and store refuses to refund me for missing items, claiming items were dispatched completely.
You need to get a Pasig Pass before entering, Iam not from Pasig so I have a hard time getting Pasig pass there, they don't even help you in getting one. The people their are rude. We ended up not going inside Landers not welcome store.
Bought products online and came up with broken seal and NEVER REFUND NOR EXCHANGE.they don’t even reply to my email, ig and fb message for over one week with several inquiries.they just ignore and steal your money. NEVER trust them
I was on my motorcycle, and I was told that the parking for motorcycles is located at the gasoline station only. Soon as I have time I will talk to the manager. This is not right!
Ordered online & the item delivered missing some pcs.already past 24 hours & still unrectified.poor customer service.difficult to call their numbers.made a review on their website & apparently they screen the reviews.you only see good review & bad honest review are not posted.
If you have low standards, they're great! A lot of the store is filled with repetitive items (same stuff, different area of the store). And, despite the number of employees meandering, it's completely disorganised, and lots of random stuff strewn on the floors.
Out of the two times of using the delivery service, the first wasn't delivered until a day later (and still delayed on that day). The second, over four hours past the "later" delivery time. Had to cancel plans to wait.
And the website and customer service email (no number, and calling different stores ended with no one even picking up the phone) weren't any help. Bravo.
P. S. Great when the delivery people drip meat juice and condensation from your now mostly-thawed delivery all over the hallway and entryway of your home, too.
Aisles not spacious enough to accommodate shoppers who park their carts in the middle of the aisle. Shoppers not following physical distancing.
Not enough selection for pantry stocks and wet market. Basement parking is a major turn off! Just wondering what the designer was thinking when they designed the parking space! No room for passenger to go down the car and how will you load the groceries? The space is designed for one car only. I have also noticed that SUVs park in the middle of two slots. Hope they’ll solve this issue.
Disappointed with the place. Products and range of items are mostly local. Looks more like a glorified SM Supermarket. Should upgrade at least to a glorified Landmark. S&R is much better.
Went to Lander's for the first time yesterday and it was a so-so experience.
Food we ordered:
Chicken - sobrang alat ng breading, hindi mo makakain kahit may rice
Pasta - marinara at truffle - for its price, lugi, ang ganda ng displayed picture, ang layo sa dumating. Expect a microwable food like that from 7-11.
Fries - okay lang
Refillable drink - tatlo lang options Real Leaf, Coke at Royal
Spent P750 for the food na hindi masarap.
Di ko pa natry ang pizza and so totoo lang natatakot nakong magtry pa. Baka madisappoint lang ako.
I was expecting S&R type ng food kasi lahat masarap sa S&R.
Wag na lang kau kumain dito. May kainan sa labas.
We also went shopping. Hindi ganun kadami ang options at karamihan mas mahal pa sa malls.
Honestly, I feel like mas madami pa options sa megamall supermarket.
Spent 5-digit here for our purchases which mas madami na sana mabibili talaga sa regular supermarkets.
Ang maganda lang dito yung mga karne nila. Mas mahal pero fresh at maganda.
Honestly, hindi worth it magbayad ng membership dito. It was supposed to be a discount store pero wala naman nadiscount.

You really need to go around and spend time to get the best deals. However in terms of fuel discount, you are not really getting the PHP10 peso discount as the caltex pump price as landers is actually higher by nine to ten pesos from the pump prices of gasoline stations outside landers. Caltex landers is expensive thus don't bother to get the coupon. Better to gas up at other gas stations.
Burger's taste is bland, it is snall for 260 petot! Tje "angus" label did not do anything to it's taste!
The US Cheesy Sausage is too salty! Maybe it is the cheese within the suasge within the chees roll. Too salty for me, plus for the chewy bread.
The stromboli was much better, good balance of taste and chewyness!
The fried chicken was better compared to others I've ordered so far!
As I had read on other reviews, the lines to pay at the cashier were long, so I think the system at S&R is a bit better. I also found the release of my food at the food counter extremely delayed and lacking a clear system.
There's a lot of properties being developed around the area, and easily accessible as it's found in a major road, so their location is decent.
It's also comparable to other membership shopping sites in the selection of available items, and the awfully long waiting times when ordering food - even when you visit during non-sale periods. Had to wait an extra 45 minutes after being served my order for a slice of pizza once.
Selections are ok. Meat quality on par with sm hypermart and there werent really a lot of choices. S&R introduces new products more often than landers
Due to inclement weather, parking is not a problem. Easy payment as well, no lines.
Midweek shopping, like I own the store. There's barely 10% of it's capacity.
The store is organized, specially during the ECQ period, payment queue is fast and social distancing is implemented. Cashier personnels are accommodating and courteous too. Looking forward to go back at this branch.
