Super hassle shopping experience! They changed to using boxes. But unlike other Supermarket they are not prepared. They don’t have enough boxes. No straw rope for handles. No tapes to close boxes. You cannot go here without a car. We live next to Landers and would usually go here walking. We’ll just go somewhere else with proper bagging system. Would not renew membership. Hassle!

This one star is for the Membership team in Landers Otis. Super tagal nila kumilos. Meron ako nakasabay na umalis nalang kasi super tagal. Talang 3
5 lang kami na waiting. I hope next time ma improve pa nila ang bilis ng kilos nila. Marami kasing gustong maging member kasi na didisappoiny on how they process the membership. May QR code na para mapabili, sana. Kaso same parin.

Experienced bad customer service. We got a free ice cream coupon from buying food at their fast food store and when we went to doppio cafe, this customer service crew was very rude and unprofessional. Not only he was rude to us, he even discriminated us by demanding for our vaccine card (FYI my mother showed here but still this awful crew refuse to serve us)!

Iam a member here, but I don't like how they treat their member client, it's like you are not welcome to their store. I regret to be a member here, and their item are so expensive, you we'll get discount once the item is almost expired. Please be careful

It took more than an hour waiting for my food. I ordered one whole pizza at 6: 40PM then I received it quarter to 8PM na. I hope your managers could do something about this. I noticed also that there’re so many customers complaining regarding this issue for the past few months bad customer service experience specifically to those people who are in charge at Landers Central. Tip: don’t bring your take out food at the counter because they’ll give you a foil to cover it yourself

Poor poor poor service in pizza store. When you reach cashier.
No slice of pizza avaliable. They said 1 hour waiting again. Almost 1 hour for line waiting. Better service snr!

The store is very hot that time.what will happen to the items to be sold is the sorrounding is hot.the customer is not happy

Hot because their aircon units are under maintenance.tapos ang bagal pa ng serving kahit pasta lang.it took me 45 minutes to wait.

Not so good experience because they caused me so much confusion and wasted like two hours of my life waiting fo my number to be called for the so called customer service. The cashier said that I can avail for the free 1 year renewal of my membership card if I purchase 5000 worth in the grocery, and so I did. Just to find out I'm not eligible. Sad

Supervisor took 10mins to find to get our senior discount, then only to find out the cashier mistakenly remove the discount. So to avoid looooong discussion and charge to staff, decided not to do the correction.
Then we dine in and look forward to our favorite snack chicken roll.what happen to the chicken? You should change into mozzarella roll.

Disappointing. I wish Landers-Otis would tidy up a bit. The floors already have smears, cracks and litter.at 10am. Last time I visited, the refrigerators were starting to smell. Also, admin need to take note that it's hard to navigate big shopping carts when you leave boxes of merchandise on the floor. I used to admire their cleanliness.now the place is starting to look cheap.

Take a long time to process and pay your bill. They can add a few bagger to go around and greatly improve this process and customer satisfaction

When it comes to wine selection, Landers has a wider coverage. Landers have soup and pasta.  Landers have a coffee shop inside.  It's a good place to eat which adds to the shopping experience.  But registry is quite bad and some goods are quite expensive compared to the other competition.

Disappointed that the online sale was not the same in the physical store even though it was advertised as such on the date that I went. The tag price was also in shambles. Had to keep on going back to the price checker. And some items reverted to regular price at the cashier even if the price tag at the aisle indicated that it was on sale.

Landers is a chain of very large warehouse type stores that sell a variety of goods including wine & liquor, meats, fish and poultry, fresh produce such as fruits and vegetables, dairy, butter and cheese, hardware, homeware, appliances including both brown and white goods and so much more.

The overall vibe is a little more posh than say the regular warehouse clubs. Good selection leaning towards local goods, i personally like their meat and Vegetable section.

Coffee and pastry place so so. Free haircut offer is nice tho.

Tip: Go early or during off hours. Landers cashier lines are looooong (avg waiting time for me is around 20-30 mins)

Lots of items to choose from. Only downside is the membership area where you have to line up even if you had completed your application online. We had to wait in line for almost an hour when we could have been shopping already.
