The worst experience I ever had. Took my deposit but never returned my calls and no refund. When I finally got through to Grace, she actually threatened me. There are many other reputable travel agencies in the area, stay far away from this place!
I got all my travel insurance from them, their after sales service is excellent. Highly recommendable.
This travel agency is very transparent. The 3-day tour offered to us in South Korea was carefully planned. We were able to explore a lot of beautiful areas in such a short span of time. Our English speaking Korean tour guide / driver Andrew Chung was very courteous, efficient and knowledgeable. He was very eager in giving us historical background of every place we visited and even patiently took our pictures in nice spots. He also brought us to restaurants serving authentic Korean dishes. Overall, our Korean experience was totally amazing! I highly recommend them to my friends, relatives and colleagues! I will definitely visit South Korea again someday! Gamsahabnida️️️
